Le portail était rouillé et il ne s'ouvrait pas totalement. Il fallait descendre à chaque fois pour pousser la porte de droite. Le caniveau devant le portail d'entree avait toute les grilles cassées, dangereux pour les pneus de la voiture. Les poteaux autor de la piscine était tres abimes et plusieurs ne tenait pas debout. Ces point ne sont pas conformes aux photos. Pas de barbecue quand il etait prévu. Les lumières extérieures de la piscine ne marchait pas. Pas possible de se baigner dans le noir le soir. Le volet de la grand baie vitrée principale ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir seul sans ouvrir tous les volet roulants de la maison. Lors du départ cette nuit nous avons eu un inconvénient et pour ne pas perdre l'avion nous avons dû laisser les sacs poubelles dans la maison et des affaires sur la table de cuisine. Le Concierge a reclamé 100 de services de nettoyage additionnel quad il y avait deja un forfait de 450 TTC de nettoyage. J'ai payé ces 100 mais je trouve cela eccessif.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa et sa situation idéale à la Croix-Valmer. La piscine est très agreable, la villa et sa terrasse à l ombre,aussi. Qq ameliorations sont à faire concernant salle de bains et toilettes.En effet, 2 salles de bain et 3 vc ne suffisent pas pour 10 à 12 personnes.Il faudrait une 3ème salle de bain et penser à mettre des verrous sur la porte de celles ci. Je remercie particulièrement la conciergerie, Vincent et Sonia ,très à l écoute et repondant immédiatement à nos questions et demandes. Nous avons envie de revenir dans cette belle maison. 👍👍😀 Muriel Mazo
