About this property

Newly Renovated Condo in gated community, Walking Distance to Nokomis Beach

Located on the Intracoastal waterway at Albee Road Bridge, our condo has 1 King bed in the Master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom (1,300 sq ft). Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, etc. All new appliances! For your entertainment, we have WIFI internet, cable with 2 large 50 " Smart TVs with free Netflix, smart speakers and smart devices.

This is your home away from home, so enjoy our newly remodeled condo with all new furniture, floors, and appliances. The heated community pool includes a pavilion with BBQ and a great view of the Intracoastal.

There is a 2 car covered parking area, as well as additional guest parking. We have 2 Adult bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrella for guests to use as well. Gulf access is only 1/4 mile away via the Intracoastal Waterway.

Activities: Walk across the road to enjoy 2 restaurants for waterfront dining and dancing or take a walk across the bridge (5 minutes) to experience 1.5 miles of white sandy beaches, full time lifeguards and a boardwalk with beach concessions, showers, pavilions and even the famous Drum Circle on Saturday evenings before sunset. Feel free to fish off the dock or the shore.

Perfect Get Away!

Wonderful clean condo that was decorated beautifully had everything you could ask for! Enjoyed the location with just a short walk to the beach and also two restaurants right across the street both with great food and drinks. Seen lots of dolphins and manatees down at the North Jetty, loved the walks on the beach in the morning and back for sunset in the evening, every day was a different picture! Loved it so much that I booked it for next April and I can't wait. Katie was a joy to work with and very accommodating, you won't regret staying here!

This condo is very clean and spacious.

We had a great time and Katie and Brian are very nice. The property is gated and all people staying there were friendly and welcoming. The condo is walking distance to the beach and there is access to the intercoastal docks and pool and has two bikes and beach accessories. The only issue to mention is that the condo is not located on the intercostal as pictured in the advertisment. Instead, it is located behind the condos pictured and not directly on the intercoastal waterway. Same property, but behind the front condos and closer to the Bayshore Rd.

Home away from home

Hands down, this has been the best property we've ever stayed at. We were two working adults able to work (excellent wifi) for a month comfortably. The house has been completely renovated, and is stunning. There are personal touches throughout the house, and it's extremely cozy! The kitchen is my actual dream kitchen. There are plenty of cooking utensils and even high end pots and pans! The master bed is SO comfortable - I even asked the host for the brand of mattress so I can buy it for my own home. The house is conveinetly located a 3-5 minute walk from the beach with remarkable sunsets. Honestly, this place has it all! Location, comfort, great and responsive host - what else could you ask for?? If you're even slightly questioning it, DON'T!! It's a dream house :)
