Can’t beat the location! The house was clean but definitely needs a little love. Furniture needs to be replaced or deep cleaned including the one living room rug in the property. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make a meal! I will mention, there is NOTHING left behind (condiments, salt, sugar, coffee etc). If you plan on cooking, buy everything! The beds were comfortable and enough linens! I will say communication with the host, especially Stephany, was 10/10! The private beach access was well worth it, and the pool was definitely the biggest highlight for our kids! Overall a decent property.

Great stay! House was exactly as explained. Walk to beach was short and so pretty. Pool was perfect size for the five of us. Garage fridge was a fantastic surprise. Shops, and alot of food close by.

Great Location - Very Clean!

Great location and very close to all the things in Destin. We LOVED the private beach access and amenities. The house was super clean, if we had to comment anything it would be the furniture is worn in a bit, but we actually preferred the softness and comfort of that. We will return!

Great vacation!

This is one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in. Loved the pool and being close to the beach that we could walk. Took us a while to find where we were to go for the beach access as there was no sign or directions. We absolutely loved our stay, and would stay again!!

This place was Fantastic!!!
