Totalmente renovado e remodelado luminoso e arejado com 2 quartos de dormir, localizado numa zona residencial calma da cidade do Funchal.
O meu espaço fica perto de acividades para famílias, Zona velha da cidade do Funchal, teleférico, comércio, Mercado tradicional, restaurantes, cafés, Teatros, museus, vida nocturna, 5min de praias, transportes públicos, no centro da cidade. Vai adorar o meu espaço por causa de a localização, o bairro. O espaço é bom para quem não gosta de alugar carro e estar perto de tudo, (mas se alugar um carro dispõe de um estacionamento gratuíto), casais, aventuras individuais, viajantes de negócios, e famílias com crianças serão bemvindas.

Filomena’s place was perfectly located within the Funchal area, very walkable to all restaurants and the water. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. I highly recommend this place!

Good location, friendly hostess

We got what we booked. The center of the Old Town, the sea, the bus stations, the supermarket and the restaurants were within walking distance. The apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. The hostess was very friendly and gave us lots of tips. Many thanks for the lovely stay.

Heart of Old Town Funchal

Great location in Old Town Funchal. Walk to Farmers Market, grocery stores, near cable car, easy to walk all over the city from this location. Many restaurants and bars near by. Apartment was very well equipped especially in the kitchen if you like to cook. A very comfortable stay.
