For a pleasant stay with family or friends, 50 m from the sea and a sandy beach, enjoy the calm of our holiday home and its large enclosed wooded garden.

It is located in the outer port of Audierne, starting point for walks along the beaches and the coastline towards the Pointe du Raz, long walks in Cap Sizun and the bay of Audierne, near the pier for the island of Sein.

Holiday villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (living-dining room, 3 bright bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, large sheltered terrace). Quiet garden for your animals too. Private parking lots. All-inclusive rental price.

You will have the entire ground floor, the terrace and the entire garden at your disposal. The independent floor is inoccupied.

Maison, incroyable à deux pas de la mer. Valérie a été incroyablement compréhensive. Je vous explique. Je me suis trompé concernant la date d’arrivée de notre Location et nous avons donc dormi dans la voiture le 1er soir après un voyage de 12 heures. J’ai contacté Valérie pour lui expliquer le problème et elle nous a reçu dès le lendemain avant midi afin que nous puissions prendre une douche et nous reposer. Elle a mis tout en œuvre pour que la maison soit libre bien avant l’heure prévue et elle a fait un travail de ouf concernant le ménage de la maison. Un grand merci., C’est une perle. La maison est entourée d’un jardin, magnifique, ombragé, et une grande place de parc pour au moins trois voitures. La maison est pratique avec trois belles chambres, une belle cuisine et un grand salon.La maison se situe à trois minutes en voiture du centre d’Audierne. Mais à quelques pas de là il y a une très bonne crêperie et un bar festif. Nous pouvons promener nos chiens sans problème tôt le matin sur la plage personne ne dit rien. Vraiment c’était des super vacances.

Wunderschön antik

Herzliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieter, welche in der ersten Etage wohnen. Getränke für den ersten Durst, waren im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt, sowie leckere Kekse für den ersten Kaffee. Die großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist mit einigem antiken Mobiliar bestück. Wenn man in der Küche etwas vermisst, dann nur eine größere Kochgelegenheit, ansonsten werden alle Wünsche (sogar ein Austernöffner und Stabmixer) erfüllt. (Sowie Geschirrtücher .......) Die Terrasse und der Garten laden zum verweilen ein. Unser Hund hat sich auf dem Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebevoll gestaltete Schlafräume mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern wie beschrieben. Selbst eine Erste Hilfe Set mit Verbandsmaterialien war vorhanden. Mehr geht nicht! Zur Umgebung: Der kurze Weg ans Wasser lädt täglich - egal bei welcher Witterung - zu einem Spaziergang ein. Der kleine Hafen - das Zentrum von Audierne - ist leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Ein Besuch des Wochenmarktes ist Pflicht um die besonderen Menschen der Bretagne kennen zu lernen. Obwohl wir ohne Kenntnis der französischen Sprache sind, wurden wir überall herzlich gegrüßt. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft war überall zu spüren. Die Wohnung, sowie die Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Nochmal herzlich Dank an Yves und seine Frau für die Gastfreundschaft. wolfgang PS: "Nur" 4 Sterne bei der Genauigkeit der Inserats: Bei der Anmietung eines Hauses, geht man davon aus, dass das ganze Haus alleine nutzbar ist.

Merci Wolfgang de cette gentille appréciation. Je regrette que vous n'aviez pas vu dans le descriptif de l'hébergement : "Vous disposerez de tout le rez-de-chaussée, la terrasse et tout le jardin. L'étage est occupé par le couple de propriétaires, mais avec une entrée séparée en arrière de la maison."

Erholung pur

Wir waren mit Kindern und Hund bei Yves und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Sehr nah an einem familientauglichen Strand, wo das Wasser durch den Hafen ruhig ist. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Auch das Örtchen Audierne hat alles was man braucht und ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Yves ist ein sehr netter und respektvoller Gastgeben. Danke für die Zeit!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. Le grand jardin avec des zones d’ombre arborées est un vrai plus. Idéal pour aller sur l’île de Sein, on va à pied à l’embarcadère. Une petite plage est accessible en 5 mn à pied. La région est très belle. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et informés par Yves le propriétaire.

Séjour très agréable

Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison lumineuse. La procédure d’entrée était facile. La maison était propre, les lits étaient faits. On a manqué de rien. La maison est très bien équipée. La mer se trouve à 5 mn à pied. C’est une belle expérience
