The Domaine des Courts Champs welcomes you!<br>Furnished tourist accommodation classified 5 stars in 2024<br><br>On a landscaped estate and surrounded by Perrine and Florian's animals (goats, horses, sheep), you will enjoy a relaxing setting.<br><br>Heated, private and secure swimming pool in a large fenced garden, particularly suitable for families.<br><br>Strategic and central location to criss-cross the many riches of Normandy: Côte Fleurie, Pays d'Auge, Cliffs of Étretat, D-Day Beach...<br><br>Breakdown of rooms:<br><br>Ground floor<br>- entrance with separate toilet under wooden staircase<br>- living room that can be closed (35m2) with an exceptional floor in its original state and a fireplace framed in solid oak (with two 140 sofa beds and blackout curtains)<br>- a dining room with table (up to 10/12 covers)<br>- overlooking the modern and equipped kitchen, both with old terracotta floors<br><br>1st FLOOR<br>- a landing and a very bright corridor, parquet flooring, views of the countryside and animals<br>- serving 4 bedrooms:<br>Bedroom 1 of 13 m2 (double bed 160) bedroom of 11 m2 (2 single beds, extra mattress on the floor if necessary, please specify)<br>Bedroom 2 of 8 m2 (double bed 140)<br>Bedroom 3 of 12 m2 (two 90 single beds and an extra mattress on the floor if needed)<br>Bedroom 4 of 8 m2 (bunk beds downstairs double 140, single upstairs)<br>The four bedrooms have an exceptional view of our wooded and flowery estate,<br>- a very large bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a freestanding bathtub for 2 people and toilets.<br><br>EXTERIOR<br>- a fenced garden with its furniture (garden furniture, outdoor tables and seating, etc.) <br>- 2/3 private parking spaces in front of the house, but possibility to park outside if necessary<br>- a private and heated swimming pool<br><br>For your comfort, your beds will be made with care on arrival at no extra charge. Each person will have a towel and a flannel at their disposal. The table will be set and we hope that you will be touched by some attentions.<br><br>Please note that some summer cleaning is likely to be carried out by an external service provider. In this case, sheets are included and provided, but the beds will not be made and the table will not be set (to our great regret). As soon as we know about it, we will be happy to let you know.<br><br>Fibre optics (wifi) is available throughout the accommodation.<br><br>ANIMALS<br><br>Pets welcome (on request) if respectful of the quiet environment of the estate. The garden is totally fenced because we have animals. When you leave, we would be grateful if you could pick up your pet's droppings and vacuum the house in case of hair loss. We thank you for keeping your dogs on a leash outside your garden (presence of goats, sheep, horses and our two little dogs).<br><br>IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FEED THE ANIMALS ON THE ESTATE. Most of them are rescued animals. They all follow very specific diets (allergies, intolerances, etc.). <br>You will be able to approach the enclosure (without entering it), our 4 paws will certainly come running to ask you for pets...
