Located in Erquy in the Beauregard residence, on the edge of the central beach, this 40 m² one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 2 guests for a seaside stay. The fishing harbour remains visible from the property and shops are approximately 800 metres away.

The living area opens onto the terrace through a large bay window. The sofa, television and dining area provide a practical place to unwind after a walk along the beach or a day exploring the coastline.

The kitchenette-bar is equipped for easy everyday meals with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

The bedroom also features a wardrobe and a glazed door opening directly onto the terrace.

The 10.9 m² terrace is the apartment’s main highlight. Facing the sea and harbour, it is suitable for outdoor meals or simply enjoying the view after the beach. Outdoor furniture and an awning make the space easy to use during sunny days.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift access. Private underground parking avoids the need to search for a space during the stay. The entrance includes storage and a washing machine; the shower room has a walk-in shower and the WC is separate.

Erquy is well known for its harbour, beaches and pink sandstone landscapes. From the residence, guests can easily alternate between days by the sea, walks around Cap d’Erquy and discovering Brittany’s Emerald Coast.
