Living area with 140 convertible sofa, armchair, TV, TV unit, large storage, table and chairs. Kitchen area with oven, 2 vitroceramic hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Cabin area with 2 bunk beds and bedside table.Large terrace with beautiful sea view equipped with outdoor furniture and clothes drying rack.Maximum 4 people, ideal 3.Private but collective parking space in the residence.Electric heating + oil-filled radiator.WIFI.Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.Deposit: €300 to be paid on site.Charges: electricity included from June to September, metered outside this period.Tourist tax: to be paid on sitePets: allowed (additional €25)Linen not provided: possibility of rental at extra cost.End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or additional flat rate.
