Charming apartment with a view over the vineyards of the Domaine de La Croix and the Mediterranean Sea ... The Bay of Cavalaire and the Golden Islands (Levant, Port-Cros, Porquerolles) dot the horizon. Not to forget the rhythmic rise and fall of the Maures massif in the distance.

Several beaches are just a few minutes away by car (the nearest is a 35 minute walk). Small shops and cafés, bars and restaurants in the heart of the village are just a stone's throw away.

All this and more in La Croix Valmer, on the beautiful French Riviera, right next to St. Tropez!

You will appreciate being able to take your luggage or beach equipment just a few steps up to the first floor of the building, which is perfectly situated on a hillside with exceptional views.

The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful green area of Résidence Les Palmiers V ("cinq"), with 4 private outdoor tennis courts and 1 private outdoor swimming pool, all free of charge for residents and open from mid-June to mid-September.

NB. Unfortunately, due to the lack of an elevator, Le Soleil remains inaccessible to the physically disabled!

A Jewell on the Côte d’Azur.

We have been holidaying in and around La Croix Valmer for twenty five years, but have never stayed anywhere that bettered this beautiful apartment. What makes it quite exceptional is the view from the balcony - when you first see it, it takes your breath away. As you look more closely and allow your eyes to dwell ( yes, with a glass of Rosé) the beauty of the light rippling on the sea, contrasting the green vineyards set in rolling hills provides a constant source of pleasure. When you do finally drag yourself away from the balcony, the apartment is well appointed and has everything you need for a super stay on the Côte d’Azure; it is also five minutes from the heart of gorgeous La Croix Valmer; perfect for a morning coffee and a pain au chocolat. The only thought on your mind as you leave will be making a booking for next year. We unreservedly recommend staying here and will be doing so again!

Nous avons passé un super séjour, tout y est : Calme, confort, proximité du centre ville et de la piscine et la vue magnifique sur la mer. Excellent contact et relationnel avec la propriétaire qui a fait preuve de réactivité avant et dès le début de notre séjour. Elle est également fort sympathique et adorable! Un seul regret : ne pas être resté plus longtemps, ce n'est que partie remise car nous reviendrons c'est sûr. Quelques suggestions d'amélioration : - la présence d'un micro ondes - la présence d'un grille pain - la présence d'une TV - la presence d'une climatisation fixe ou a défaut d'une mobile

Tolle saubere nett eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage zur Ortsmitte. Toller Blick vom Balkon zum Meer und in die Landschaft. Geschäfte und Strand sind gut zu erreichen. Auch der Pool (300 m von der Wohnung)ist sehr schön und sauber. Die telefonischen Kontakte zur Vermieterin waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Rund um ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Toller Ausblick - wunderschön

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Das Appartement ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet, die Küchenausstattung umfangreich und das Beste ist der weite Panoramablick auf die Küstenlandschaft. Ðer Ort mit Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars ist in 5 Minuten Fussnähe. Und auch unser Lieblingsstrand "Gigaro" ist in Kürze mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unsere Vermieterin, Nicola Taylor, ist stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und erreichbar, sollte sich doch noch mal eine Frage ergeben.

Umwerfend schön

Die Wohnung war sehr gut sortiert, alles da was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wir hatten das Glück Vollmond zu haben und uns drei Mondaufgänge über den Bergen und dann Mondschein über dem Meer beobachten zu können. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön, wenn auch gut besucht. Viele unterschiedliche schöne Strände. Nette kleine Geschäfte. Es war alles da. Perfekter Urlaub mit super Wetter dazu. Nur nix für dünne Geldbeutel.....

Ferien mit unvergesslichem Ausblick

Ich habe gemeinsam mit meiner erwachsenen Tochter eine wunderschöne Woche in La Croix Valmer verbracht. Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und die Küche ist bestens für einen Ferienaufenthalt ausgestattet. Besonders herrlich ist der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Cavalaire, den wir jetzt schon sehr vermissen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
