Great location in downtown Ann Arbor which allowed for walking to many places. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The living area was bright and pretty comfortable.

The apartment was clean upon arrival. The host was responsive and addressed a few issues we had with the blinds. Nice and safe covered parking. Shopping and food within 5-15 minute walks. 5-7 drive to U of M. Kitchen had the basic cooking items. One bedroom faced an alley with a bar & which had live music on several nights on the weekends, which could be somewhat noisy to sleep in that bedroom. The gym met our basic workout needs.

The pictures that are posted for the property are mis-leading. The furniture and rugs are worn, the place probably hasn't been painted since it was built, the wood work is rotting in the bathrooms, the so-called zen area of the property was more like a deserted swamp, half of the gym equipment is broken, don't mind all the construction that blocks the two streets going to parking garage or the train tracks right next to the property blowing its horn four times a night. We first got to our apartment it was hotttt because the air conditioning wasn't working, then the shower door falls off the hinge when I went to take a shower, then the next day had to wait for a plumber to fix the backed up hallway shower and sink. I paid way to much money thinking I was getting more of a luxury experience but that was a joke. And the view lmao, fake balconies over looking nothing but roof tops and a bar that was playing loud music till closing time. I don't recommend unless you want a college dorm room experience.

Wonderful Location

The property is located near everything we wanted to see. It worked well for two couples visiting the area. We'd stay here again.

Great location

We could not have been happier with our stay. The apartment was very clean and exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The location was perfect, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

Great location if you are visiting the University. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The onsite parking garage and in unit laundry were added convenience. The apartment looks just like the pictures. Beds are comfortable and living area is spacious. Kitchen had all we needed. Great instructions and communication by the property manager. Highly recommend!

Great spot in Ann Arbor!

Great property, clean, and everything you could need for a home away from home. City noise and lights are something to be aware of, but that’s just par for the course being so close to amazing bars, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

Lovely and clean apartment in a lively location just steps away from great restaurants and very close to central campus. The apartment was spacious and well stocked. Check in was easy and parking was free for guests in the ramp directly adjacent to the apartment building. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay to visit Ann Arbor. Unit was clean, comfortable and had thoughtful provisions. White noise machine was helpful with night club noise. Check in instructions with pictures were appreciated.

Perfect spot in Ann Arbor

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples. We loved the roof top deck and party area with pool table. The location was great. So easy to get to town, the campus and the stadium. The communication from the manager of the location was extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Wedding trip

While the check in process was efficient and detailed - it was a lot for me traveling alone. But again - it was very detailed with pics and the homeOffice was able to help me. Also the property mgr at the location ended up being very kind to me - made good suggestions, helped me. Kitchen was great! Very well stocked. I cook a lot instead of just going out. Very convenient location.

Exceptional property in the heart of Ann Arbor

We had an incredible stay apartment was beyond expectation, which is unusual, but very much the case. All the little details had been thought out and prepared for to make our life easier. Beautiful place beautiful view exceptional amenities very safe comfortable, as well as aesthetically pleasing.
