Fantastic apartment in a great location!

The apartment has everything a family with teenage children might need! It is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach, restaurants and shops. It was very comfortable with great air conditioning and WiFi. It had a fantastic outside dining area and barbeque and the pool was super! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment! : )

Relaxing house with great pool

Very nice house with perfect views and amazing roof pool , big rooms and comfortable beds. Olivier our host was very welcoming and friendly !! Two things to improve : 1 - not all the rooms have air conditioning. 2 - the beds linen and towels (that are not included) was very expensive.

Grandioser Ausblick.Viel Platz auf der Dachterasse.Sehr gute Lage.

Wir hatten ein Familientrefen in Roses und benötigten für 5 Personen und 2 Hunde eine Wohung nahe unserer Eltern. Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung ideal. Minuspunkte waren die Sauberkeit und die Utensilien unter der offenen Treppe(Staubsauger,Putzsachen,dievere Bilder) Wurde aber auch bei der Übergbe mit Olivierbesprochen

Un superbe séjour de 5 nuits entre amis à Rosés. L’appartement est idéalement situé et conforme aux photos. La terrasse est très agréable, le logement est tout équipé et très fonctionnel. Propriétaire disponible, à l’écoute et très agréable. Nous recommandons complètement cet appartement !

sympa et atypique !

très bon séjour dans cet appartement atypique situé à proximité de toutes commodités: marina, plage, restaurant, commerce (GMS). L'appartement est situé au 5 eme étage d'un immeuble bien sécurisé, conçu en duplex, avec la partie nuit au niveau inférieur et la cuisine et le séjour au +1, la terrasse et la piscine sont en roof top permettent d'avoir une vue dégagée sur la ville et la montagne. Le propriétaire est charmant et donne volontiers de bonnes adresses. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Olivier est un hôte super attentionné et nous a renseigné des petites pépites de resto tapas… L’appartement est idéalement situé: avoir une piscine en pleine centre, au 4ème étage… c’est parfait !!!!
