This great property features a four-bedroom, three-bathroom main house and a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage. With a private pool and a dog-friendly policy, this beach getaway is perfect for families, friends, and pets.

The main house offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other has a cozy double/single bunk bed. The main floor also features a spacious living room, a large well equipped eat-in kitchen, and a sunroom overlooking the pool. Both the living room & sunroom provide additional sleeping with a single and queen sleep sofa.

On the second floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and an extra trundle bed for added sleeping space.

The cottage is a delightful addition to the property, featuring a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a cozy living room with a queen sleep sofa. It offers a private retreat for those seeking a bit of tranquility or a separate space for additional guests.

Dewey Beach is a pet-friendly beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm, allowing you to make the most of the sand and surf with your dog. Dewey Dog license is required & can be purchased at the Dewey Town Hall for on nominal fee.

Great stay!

The house was great for our family. The pool was fantastic! The house was comfortable with many amenities. Great location for getting into Rehoboth and Bethany. We did receive an unexpected service man while we were at the beach. It would’ve been nice to be notified, but all in all with a wonderful vacation.

Family vacation 2022

Very nice place, it’s in a great location. It was perfect for our family since it’s hard to find places that have a pool and are dog friendly. Can’t wait to go again!

Great Location

The house location was ideal for easy access to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. The house was very clean and the outdoors with the pool was the standout amenity. The only real negative was the guest house. Upon entering the unattached house, we found it damp and had a musty smell. Due health concerns around potential mold and mildew, we decided to keep the guest house closed and locked, and made changes to our pre-planned sleeping arrangement in the house.

Thank you for a wonderful place for our family trip

Wonderful place for our family vacation. Everything was well stocked and very clean when we arrived. The house had everything needed and that you could think of. When the kids were tired from the super close beaches, the pool was perfect for family time, bbqs, and good music. Spent alot of time in the backyard. When the ocean was a tad cold for the kids this pool was always perfect temperature for all. Hope to be back soon!! Thank you!
