Village ID Cards will need to be acquired on day of arrival to enjoy all the benefits of living here (~$50.00 Cost to You). All new appliances, that include a double oven. Home has whole house filtering system installed.

Moved here almost 4 years ago from Ohio. Retired from Proctor & Gamble and am a Licensed Realtor for the state of Florida and Ohio. Enjoys golf and the easy access to be close to almost anything you might need in The Villages.
Why they chose this property
Centrally located between two town squares: Brownwood & Sumter Landing. Around the corner from community pool, that is heated all year round. Just down the street from the Champion Golf Course of Belle Glade, along with being close to four other courses and Executive Course. Just off a main road that runs north and south in The Villages.
