With short notice to travel to JAX for a funeral, this was the perfect place for our family. Check in and check out were simple. The inside was beautiful and everything worked great! Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay!

Inside was nice, pleasing colors and decor. It was clear the property had been renovated by non-professionals but it was ok and very clean. Sleeps four but there are not enough seats or tableware for four. There is room in the kitchen to add a two-seat table. The bed was comfortable. Internet was spotty.The neighborhood is not great, and the exterior of the property reminded me of the nicer houses I saw in Haiti. But inside was comfortable.

We rented this property for two nights and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, everything felt thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and genuinely welcoming.The space was bright, modern, and perfectly maintained. Every surface sparkled, the bedding was hotel-quality, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (even the little extras like good coffee, fresh towels, and nice toiletries). The layout worked great for a short stay—comfortable living area, two cozy bedrooms that was quiet at night, and a bathroom that felt spa-like.Location was excellent: convenient to restaurants, shops, and whatever we needed, yet still peaceful enough that we could actually relax. Check-in was seamless, the host was responsive and helpful without being intrusive, and the whole experience felt effortless.Two days wasn’t nearly long enough. We left already wishing we could extend. If you’re looking for a place that feels special rather than just “fine,” this one delivers. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Humble abode.

Great property and even better service

This rental was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was very clean and well stocked. Though there were some hiccups with the air conditioning, the hostess was quick and responsive to make sure that the problem was fixed and that we were comfortable. I look forward to future stays.

Great modern villa, with great parking

The Villa was really nice with modern amenities. We loved that the unit had an alarm system. Bathroom was small, but it worked for our needs. Great parking. We felt very safe, even though the main road could be busy at times.

Very nice 2 bedroom

Clean, smelled great inside, loved the interior, great 2 bedroom layout. Appreciated the fenced in back yard for dogs. Only negatives was the neighborhood was rundown abd outside air smelled sooo bad, like a dump was nearby, abd there was no washer and dryer.

On your reservation you are aware that there is no washer and dryer, it’s a historical neighborhood and regarding to the smell I wasn’t sure of that but on our property everything was in shape.

The place was very clean it had sufficient essential plenty of towels etc coffee things like that seemed everything we needed The owner was well organized and very responsive to any questions. The only issue was the neighborhood was fairly run down and that wasn't indicated anywhere

Pleasant stay

The house was decorated beautifully, we had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner during our stay. Host was very easy to communicate with. The place was close to amenities and the concert venue. The only thing was missing that would have made it perfect for us, there was no grill. However, that was not a super big problem since we had enough dishes to cook with. I would definitely stay again when I come to Jacksonville

Modern apartment that was very clean and comfortable. It had modern, nice appliances, was decorated very nice. We were there during the week…it was very quiet. The yard and grounds were very clean and well kept. The yard and driveway was well lit at night, so we felt our car was safe and we felt safe. The entire property was fenced in and well lit with motion lights at night. I would recommend this property and rent from them again.
