Beautiful house, plenty of room for a large group. The host, Steve, was very helpful and provided all needed information for check-in, check-out, etc. Responded quickly to a maintenance request. Modern kitchen, bar area, and all amenities you would expect from a high-end rental.

Details! The host has paid attention to all the details, making for a well-appointed, beautiful space. From the fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils and serve-ware you’ll need, to beer/wine glasses and wine fridge at the wet bar, to irons and steamers, beautiful landscaping, high end furnishings and fixtures, linen sheets - this house provides a luxury environment in a quiet and tranquil setting. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped, instructions for entering the house were easy and clear, as well as lots of space for parking. Will definitely look to return for our next family gathering!! Loved the outdoor gas fireplace!!

Everything about this home, the area located, and the host was exceptional! My family spent (7) wonderful days at the home and enjoyed every aspect of this house. More than enough room for all my family members to hang out and have our own space when needed. The host was very helpful and accommodating every step of the way. 15-30 min away from multiple beaches, shopping, restaurants, farmers markets, etc. I hope to return next year with my family!

Everybody loved the house and it provided a lot of room for 10 people. We had 5 couples that stayed at the house. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Great for Family

The property has three separate living areas that worked perfectly for our family of 9. We were able to join together in the main area or split off to the other areas for some alone time. Great for an annual family vacation.

The pictures of this home does not do it justice! When we walked in everyone said "WOW this is really nice" there was plenty of space and the home just felt very homey. I did not want to leave! We went with our very large family and it accommodated us perfectly. The house was equipped with everything we could think of. Sitting outside with our cup of coffee was the most relaxing experience and the view was gorgeous. I will definitely come back again. Steve (The host) made everything super easy and was very helpful with any questions I had. 10/10 for sure!!!

This remains our favorite house to gather with our extended family. A beautiful and central location to relax. Plenty of room for everyone in the two living spaces, the expansive covered porch, and the fire pit area. The house continues to remain well appointed and maintained.

Amazing Home in Arroyo Grande

This home is absolutely beautiful, new furnishings, excellent location, very private, easy check in! Worked great for our work trip of 14 days, everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the modern amenities this home features. I would recommend this home and will definitely stay here again!
