Beautiful 5th-floor unit, that has an amazing ocean view! Heated pool 85-F 7 days a week! This unit has been updated with a very comfortable memory foam mattress, and beautiful furnishings to make you (Email hidden by Airbnb) e relax by the pool, or be on the beach in just minutes. Enjoy our patio grills and wide balcony with plenty of seating for 4. Enjoy drinks and good eats at the iconic Sharky's restaurant just across the street!

No front desk service, no daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service. This is a privately owned place, not a hotel. Should you need anything at all during your stay or find that anything needs attention we are just a phone call or an Airbnb message away!

A special note on parking passes and wristbands:

Your parking pass will be in the unit and will need to be placed in your vehicle as soon as possible upon arrival. We provide 2 parking passes only and are not authorized more than 2. One parking pass is valid for the main parking garage, and the other parking pass is for overflow parking. You may park both vehicles in the parking garage while you unload, and then the 2nd vehicle will need to be moved to overflow parking (the large open parking lot right next to the building). We are only authorized 4 wristbands for our unit, and we can not obtain any more. These wristbands can not be removed once tightened!!! I would recommend you just carry them with you or don't tighten them as they can not be removed! Guests under 10 years old are not required to wear a wristband!

Nice, clean small rental for a sister’s getaway! Kristy is super fast at responding, even when it’s a question with the answer in the upcoming info! Love the location right across the road from Sharkey’s and the beach!

Clean, Comfy, and Convenient

Perfect size for a mom/daughter vacation. Convenient to beach, restaurants, etc. Quiet building even though it was packed. Parking garage a nice addition, but often overcrowded. PLAN TO BRING AND STORE YOUR OWN ICE! There is no ice-making ability in the condo or the building. We bought two bags downstairs and kept it in a cooler during our stay.
