Memorial Day Weekend!!

We had a outstanding time staying at Lazy River Rentals in Seaside Park. Highly recommend staying here. Sal the property manager was very helpful getting us set up for our stay.

Great location

Perfect location. The place was nice but could use a better cleaning. The queen bed sinks when you lay on it causing back and neck issues. Quiet beach area as it is a few blocks away from the rides on boardwalk. You can see the sand dunes from the property.

Great location

The management and staff tried really hard, and a on site manager worked to make sure noise/smoking was under control. A bit of a pain to have to drive somewhere else to get the key. We stayed downstairs, it can get noisy with people above your heads. Great space, plenty of room for a couple and dog. Beach is across the street(need to pay after 9am weekends, 10am weekdays) and easy walk to boardwalk. Busy area with lots of people walking by. For the price place should have been cleaned much better, and we shouldn’t have to bring our own sheets or take out our own trash. 10am is pretty early to have to be out. Definitely a good choice though overall.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feedback. We appreciate your nice comments about our staff, accommodations and location . That’s why we have earned Premier Host status . I would like to point out that there was never any smoking in our rentals and that we have little control over the number of people in the area on a busy Holiday weekend . As disclosed and accepted in our listing our guests are required to check in through our licensed rental office just 5 minutes from the location and we do disclose in our listing and the confirmation signed by all guests, that because we are tax exempt , we are unable to include linens and towels in our rentals .

We loved our stay at this property!

This was the perfect unit for our family of 4!! We loved it all. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful. Check in and out were quick and extremely pleasant, working with the front desk worker, Andrea. She was so kind, funny, and provided great information. It was a wonderful location- being able to see the dunes of the beach in one direction and the bay in the other. The balcony allowed for a beautiful, breezy, comfortable space to sit outside and enjoy the views. The location was also close enough to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and so much more! We loved the clean, spacious, quiet unit! It had everything we needed (except for hooks for towels to dry in the bathroom). We were able to cook, eat together, and have a wonderful week's vacation at the beach! Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

Good Location

Overall the property was good, bathroomneeds some updating. It was one block from the beach and abour 3 blocks from boardwalk with restaurants, which was perfect. It is in a nice neighborhood. My only complaint was they advised you have the use of 2 pools but when we arrived I was told we didn't and they wanted more money from me to use.
