2705 round Robin way
This property was such a disappointment! Arrived at checkin time and entrance code would not work. Called for help and it took two hours for someone to show up. Then the person who showed up had us use a maintenance code, explaining that someone would come back to give us the actual code for the week. No one ever came. The unit was dirty, the floor wasn’t vacuumed and the showers were atrocious. When I called and sent pictures someone stated they would come the next day to clean, no one ever came. Let e have been coming to sea colony for over 15 years, but after this year we will not be back. This unit was overpriced, the unit was inaccessible for 2 hours, and dirty. So disappointed.

Low Key Mid
Although functional, this condo was very dirty and in need of some attention. Upon arriving, the steps leading up to the place needed to be swept; covered in sand, dirt, leaves, etc. At the top of the landing was an enormous black bin holding the previous tenants dirty linens. This was a hazard and would easily be tripped over if not careful. I brought this to the attention of Vacasa and they said it would be removed for our safety. It was never removed- only the linens were removed from the bin late on our second day. The house had extensive dust (about an inch in the ceiling fan) and dark hair throughout the bathroom. Pictures were shared with Vacasa. The sheets in the primary bedroom were dirty. The microwave and the toaster didn’t work. The Vacasa employees were nice enough when talking to them, but they did not seem too concerned about the state of the condo. Would not rent again.

The town home itself and location was good. Needs some repairs and updates like: broken toilet seat and picture in master Bedroom, broken draws in guest bedroom, flimsy shower curtain, and broken Air hockey/foosball table in loft. One of the reasons I picked this townhouse was for my two boys so they can play air hockey and foosball when we were home, however table was broken and had missing pieces. The biggest problem with this property was that cleaning was suboptimal. As soon as we walked into the Home, the kitchen floors were dirty, the countertops were dirty, there were dead bugs on the windowsills, Bathroom floors dirty, garbage in the trash, and the frig had old caked up residue. The FIRST thing we did, after our five hour trip there, was to disinfect all the countertops, showers, tables, light switches, frig, doorhandles, dressers, etc. I reached out to management and they quickly sent out housekeeping. Being in a pandemic, and seeing that the cleanliness of our home was suboptimal, made us initially very uncomfortable. Therefore, that is why we have given an average score. Now the positives of our experience: roomy home, excellent location, multiple pools which followed COVID-19 standards, friendly staff, great indoor facilities, friendly neighbors, and beautiful beach! We would come back, however there is a need for better housekeeping. Despite the negatives we did enjoy our trip. Thanks!

Good, great location to shops and tram, but bring earplugs
We stayed here in late June 2025. Overall, the place was clean, spacious, cutely decorated, and very close to a tram stop. We loved riding our rented bikes to the shops and ice cream -- everything is close!
The main TV allowed us to log on to our Netflix, Disney+, etc for the length of our stay. Brilliant! We were also able to hook up our Switch very easily.
There were so many board games!!! Not for young littles but definitely 10 and up you're set.
The foosball/air hockey table would be good for little ones, but not for older kids and teens. When it's foosball, it leans to one corner. And we couldn't find the air hockey puck or a reasonable substitute.
The floors on the main level seem updated and nice. We loved the decor throughout -- lovely, soft, and ocean-y.
The washer and dryer were older but fine -- that wee closet probably only allows that kind of older model. The dryer makes a BIG buzzer sound, so make sure you finish before bedtime!
There were plenty of dishes, cups, utensils, etc.
One note for the owners: the trash dumpster and recycling center locations weren't clear. The trash dumpster is on the opposite end of Round Robin near bike racks. The recycling center we couldnt find. The map on the recycling can says the center is near the tennis courts, but the map seemed wrong -- ?/maybe an outdated map? We just threw everything away.
Possible Dealbreakers
1. Street Noise: the primary bedroom backs to Kent Ave. We went to bed at 10pm to 10:30pm, and we had trouble falling and staying asleep because of trucks, motorcycles, and vehicles with windows down and loud music. The kiddo in the guest bed on the same level had trouble falling asleep because of loud teens out and about.
I bought ear plugs from CVS, and that solved it. Still would prefer it to not be a problem.
2. The bathrooms are functional and clean, but old. The primary bath has a small shower stall; shaving legs was a huge challenge. The bathrooms could use updated showers, shower heads, vanities, cabinets, and flooring.

When I arrived, I was told that I was not guaranteed to check in by 4. We got in shortly after 4, but some people had to wait until 6. The property was absolutely filthy. Upon entry I was horrified. There were pubic hairs all over the bathrooms and food on the counters. After requesting another cleaning, it was still filthy, mostly due to the fact the the place had not been properly maintained over time. Even after a second cleaning there were candy wrappers on the floor, eaten candy in the garbage, urine stains on the wall by the toilet, urine residue on the back of the toilet seats and where the toilets meet the floor, caked on filth on the bathroom walls, a blood stain on one of the mattresses, crumbs in all of the drawers, food and drink on the table outside, items from previous renters such as their personal beach tags, ETC! Additionally the grille didn’t work And the screen door was broken and unusable. Finally, most items in the house were old such as the pots and pans and there were no oven mitts, Etc. I requested that Wyndham move me to another one of thier thousands of property on site and they would not. They told me they were renting it for a private owner and that they couldn’t move me. My opinion on that...if you are listing it, you are responsible! If you agree to rent out a property and put your name behind it then make sure it’s acceptable! I had to ask friends not to come and my vacation was majorly effected. Total nightmare.

Well furnished. Toiletries, new sponge for sink, stocked kitchen but no kitchen towels, oven mitts or wine glasses. Ability to walk to beach. Some constructive criticism. No grill although listing says it has a grill, no instructions for ceiling fan which would have helped the oppressively hot loft area. No instructions for tv. The kids ice maker is broken. The welcome book was dated 2002 (not a typo). The stairs leading to the front door and deck were full of leaves. The cleaning people should sweep that between renters. I found an article of clothing under a dresser and a ball under a sofa. Clearly the cleaning people do not move furniture. Overall I would stay again but would check to see if theseitems were remediated.

Great Place, could use some upgrades
We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our week.
What we like:
Distance to beach- east bike ride or walk. Like most places in Sea Colony a bike can get you anywhere quickly.
Pools- of course the amenities are important, no shortage of pools or
Options.
The place - kitchen was upgraded somewhat recently which was nice, also liked the spacious table and chairs. Never great to stay in a place with appliances that don’t work- but this wasn’t an issue (exception- dishwasher, read below). The master had a great mattress and that worked great for wonderful sleep. Lastly help was always very responsive! We’d put in a ticket and somebody would come over very quickly.
What we didn’t like- homes have wear and tear, which is expected. The balcony screen door needs attention. It’s really old and barely stays on the track. Air flow to the loft isn’t good. An available fan would be nice. The bathrooms could use some attention- they are outdated and weren’t throughly cleaned near the bottom of the shower doors. The dishwasher was new. But not installed right so didn’t work. On the second to last day it was repaired, but it was less than ideal to hand wash everything with a full family most of the week.
Overall, great community and place to stay. We would definitely return!

Best of both worlds
This is our second visit to Bethany beach and our stay in Round Robin Way at Sea Colony. Great resort with something for everyone in the family. Many pools along the private beach and around the vast property. Easy walk to beach but also Tram rides all around/all day. The marketplace - in the center or sea colony - has great dining options, amazing ice cream and a candy kitchen. Finn’s is our fave and they have a great happy hour. Our condo was spacious enough, yet cozy for our family of five. We really enjoyed our stay!

Mixed feelings on this place
This unit has some good things going for it but was disgustingly dirty when we arrived. I’m talking throw rugs still full of sand, carpets that were visibly dirty and full of crumbs and dirt, stains on the kitchen and dining room floor, and the hot water heater went cold after a 5 minute shower. Thankfully the cleaning staff at vacasa provided me with a vacuum cleaner and mop after I declined their reclean in favor of just cleaning it myself. We definitely left this unit cleaner than we found it.
Positives for this place are its close proximity to a pool, walking distance to the beach, and the air conditioning works great.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
This unit has old furniture, the mattresses upstairs are atrocious, the dishes, flatware, appliances and cookware are AWFUL! Do not let the pictures deceive you! Broken fixtures, cracked floors, minimal hot water.

Great Location
The location of this condo was great... close to the beach and all the pools. However, it definitely needs a deep clean in all rooms (cobwebs were in each room) as well as needing new pots and pans and more silverware in the kitchen. All kitchen cabinets need to be reorganized... they were a mess.
