Straight from the golden age of Los Angeles Spanish architecture, this 1920’s two-story gem sits atop a commanding hilltop in the historic Picfair Village neighborhood in the heart of mid-City Los Angles. This family friendly oasis can be your home away from home, and is a great destination if you're worried about the onrush of cold weather. The Los Angeles climate is a perfect place to wait out the winter without giving up the activities that are keeping you sane. Enjoy sweeping views that include both sunrises and sunsets, the Hollywood sign and hills, Downtown LA and more! The neighborhood boasts many shops and restaurants that are within walking distance.

The two bedroom, two story unit is one half of a side by side duplex - each with its own address and entrances. The owner lives in the second unit, so you will have easy access to information regarding the property and surrounding neighborhood. The two large bedrooms can easily accommodate a family of five (or more if you're really cozy). The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed, along with a full size sleeper sofa.

An updated fully equipped kitchen is ready for immediate use, and central air conditioning brings this historic beauty into the 21st Century. In addition to the dedicated dining room, there is a sunny breakfast nook off of the kitchen. A dog door opens to an enclosed yard if you travel with your four legged friend. When the weather cools, enjoy relaxing by the wood burning fireplace in the living room (firewood included). A shared outdoor space, that is perfect for outdoor gatherings, includes a pool, jacuzzi, and gas grill.

The 2 large bedrooms easily accommodate a family of five. Bedroom one has a king size, and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed along with a sleeper sofa that opens to a full size bed. Guests in for a weekend? The sofa in the living room also opens to a full size bed.

There's an EV charger on the property for use at a small additional daily fee.
