Great view!

We had a great week. The unit has beautiful views and nice outdoor furniture. A lot of the indoor furniture and decor is dated, the living room furniture is very different from the online photos and it's fairly worn. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean. Also, pool was never crowded and the grounds were nicely maintained.

Gorgeous View

The best thing about this condo was by far the view! It was absolutely gorgeous. The condo area was quiet, which was nice. The outdoor furniture was good. The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the beds and bedding. The beds were not comfortable and hard. Otherwise, the condo was great and clean.

Hilton Head - Home Away From Home

Nice, clean, modern condo. Spacious master with comfortable bed and large en suite. Furniture throughout is quality and doesn't feel like a rental. Lovely coastal accents throughout the condo. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the large private terrace off the master bedroom and living room, and listening to the ocean. Nice fully equipped kitchen. The pool was nice and well kept. The beach was steps away and outside showers were convenient when returning to the condo. Bike and beach gear rentals were simple and delivered directly to condo. We enjoyed our home away from home and would happily stay in this condo again. Thank you for a relaxing wonderful vacation.

We had a good time despite

When we came into the property it was beautiful as listed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We did see roaches on the kitchen counter, and in the bedroom with the twin beds. I called and texted management to come and spray but I never received a response. However, we brought roach spray while there. We still had an amazing time. The property was still beautiful.

Not happy with this for the price. Very overpriced for the condition of the unit. Would not recommend for the over $5,000 we paid. Also fee charged by VRBO of over $500 was not disclosed in the price. This was separate and totally ridiculous. This was a total ripoff.

Plumbing issues

Unfortunately we dealt with one toilet for 5 people as the one toilet kept clogging and needing snaked by a Plummer. We were there 5 days and two of them were spent dealing with this- not exactly the vacation we wanted. In addition, the master bathroom didn’t have a working electrical outlet. Way overpriced given basics didn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing view!

The view and location cannot be beat! We’ve been to HH many times but this was a first at Sea Cloisters. We were very appreciative with an offer for an early check-in; we didn’t request one but asked if we could get the code for the gate and pool since we’d be in Hilton Head early in the day. The condo was great- however the family room furniture is not as pictured on the listing; not a big deal though for us. Kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of bath towels and beach towels which was very nice. We loved the beach credit for chairs and bikes- so helpful to have that set up ahead of time and delivered right to the door. We would have loved it if there were screens in the two sliding doors so that we could have kept the doors open all night to hear the ocean. An extra kitchen hand towel or two would be nice as well. Beds and pillows were fine, pretty basic. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy. Not just sand, but food and hair and dust. They clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time as our feet were black- literally- within ten minutes of walking around. This made us wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the condo- not a good feeling to start off a vacation. The property mngmnt company did offer to send the cleaning crew back out but by that time we were fully unpacked and didn’t want people coming into the condo while we were out. For the price you pay, this condo should be sparkling clean. Actually, regardless of price, any rental unit should be clean. The cleaning fee should be refunded. We’d love to stay here again however we’d need assurance that it was properly cleaned to do so.

Sept 2021 visit

View is gorgeous. Easy walk to beach. Amenities are very well kept. The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated and kitchen well stocked with everything u can think of. One of the nicest places I’ve rented. Close drive to shopping & restaurants but nice to not be in midst of all the traffic. Only thing we noticed was cleaning not 100%.
