Completely refurbished with a 45m2 living room overlooking the garden. Ideally located for a lifestyle all within walking distance with beach and city centre -10 minutes away.

Equipped kitchen, garden also with barbecue and garden table.

Pleasant accommodation for 8 people: 1 spacious bathroom, 3 large bedrooms with dressing room:
2 with Queen Size (one with a small bathroom)
1 with 2 pull-out beds convertible into QS.

BB equipment: high chair, bathtub, cot and deckchair.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé

Appartement spacieux et bien organisé, chambres très confortables. Espace extérieur appréciable pour les repas et les barbecues. Idéalement situé à proximité du centre de Saint Jean de Luz et de la plage principale, accessible très facilement à pied. Seul petit bémol, la route devant l'appartement est très passante donc bruyante si on veut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes dans les chambres. Communication avec les propriétaires très facile et plaisante. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à 7 adultes et un bébé de 3 mois.
