We are a retired couple living in The Villages. We own two houses that we use for vacation rentals.
Why they chose this property
This property sleeps 8 with privacy for 8. There are 2 queens beds, 2 twin beds and Lazy Boy sleeper sofa in the recreation room. We also have a jacuzzi on the back porch that is available to all guests. There are 54 golf courses in The Villages that are available to you as a guest. There are dozens of tennis centers and pickleball courts also.
What makes this property unique
You can experience The Villages lifestyle from the inside as a guest. You will have access to all of the amenities of The Villages like golf, tennis, pickleball and nightly entertainment on the town squares (live music). The Villages is a golf cart community with miles and miles of trails that you can ride on if you rent a golf cart.
