Cottage in a holiday residence 9kms from the beaches of Contis and Cap de l'homy on the Landes coast.
The cottage was renovated in 2021 and has a bedroom with a 160 by 200 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The living area has a sofa bed for extra sleeping. The cottage is on one level and has 2 terraces, one with a view of the Landes forest. The residence is equipped with free parking, tennis courts, petanque courts, ping pong tables and a restaurant with swimming pool (additional charge).
The residence is located 800 m from the city centre of Lit et Mixe with all services.
Calm, rest and serenity define this beautiful cottage very well located.

Lovely short term home

I enjoyed the stay very much. The holiday home is totally lovingly furnished and there are every imaginable things available. The location is very good. The shops in the village are within walking distance. The grounds are well maintained and the proximity to the forest also offers a great view in the morning. I like to come back.

Séjour très agréable

Le temps n'était pas idéal mais nous avons pu faire du vélo, des randonnées à pied et des balades sur les marchés et sur la plage mais drapeau orange voir rouge du fait du vent et des marées. L'appartement est idéal pour deux personnes et l'accueil du propriétaire est top 😄

Netter Gastgeber, in der Wohnung waren Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs alle vorhanden. Tolle Terasse, genug Platz auch für drei. Alles bestens.
