Villa Jules Simon is located near the Thermes Marins in Saint-Malo and offers family-friendly accommodation by the sea with a garden, terrace and free Wi-Fi. This family villa consists of :
- On the ground floor, a living room, lounge and open kitchen, very well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and access to the garden by outside stairs...
- On the first floor, two superb bedrooms with double beds, one with its own shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom, the toilets are separate
- On the second floor, 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with a small child's bed, as well as a shower room with toilet.

A beautiful and bright living room with a comfortable TV lounge area and a dining area with a convivial dining table for up to 8 people.
A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...

4 double bedrooms with 2 queen size beds 160 and 2 King Suze 180, one of which splits into 2 single beds 90.
