Perfect locatian and house

We are so very pleased with our house there is located with a spectacular view of the mountains, a private terrace and still close to every convinces, city life and swimming in the lake Annecy. The house is brand new with everything you need to have a perfect holiday. We also had a ideal communication with the owners. Perfect value for our money and and perfect setting for a unforgettable Holliday in the French alps.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en van de ontvangst door de gastheer. Door de ligging kan je genieten van het mooie uitzicht, wandelingen in de directe omgeving en uitstapjes naar het meer van Annecy. Een aanrader voor zij die van rust genieten, maar toch een goede uitvalsbasis willen voor de omgeving te verkennen.

Excellent séjour au chalet de Linda et Stéphane. C'était une semaine de canicule, mais malgré cela, nous avons pu préserver un peu de fraßcheur dans le chalet, ce qui s'est avéré salvateur. Merci pour tout !

La location Ă©tait superbe. Le chalet Ă©tait trĂšs propre . On a trouvĂ© les lits trĂšs inconfortables - matelas trĂšs durs. La cuisine Ă©tait trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais mĂȘme pour trois personnes il n’y avait pas assez d’assiettes, et on aurait aimĂ© d’avoir encore de serviettes - une par personne pour une semaine n’est vraiment pas assez. Mais Ă  part ça, on a passĂ© de bonnes vacances.

Haus mit Blick

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Der See ist schnell zu erreichen, schöne Wandergebiete ebenso. Die Ausstattung des Hauses bietet alles, was man braucht, die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Sauna und Whirlpool sind direkt am Haus des Vermieters, die haben wir nicht benutzt.

Perfecte Ambiance

Het chalet voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Als gezin van 5 personen was het chalet voor ons groot genoeg. Alles aanwezig en schoon. Ook het uitzicht vanuit de achtertuin was adembenemend. We hebben genoten en waren blij na een dagje drukte bij een uitstapje ons heerlijk terug te trekken in het chalet.

TrÚs bien située!

Bien situĂ©, entre lac et montagne, le seul petit hic (d'oĂč les 4 etoiles et non pas 5) est le vis a vis du voisinage: En effet, le chalet est sur le terrain du proprietaire, donc Ă  cotĂ© de sa maison et de ses voisins (..qui peuvent passer la tondeuse tot le matin sous vos fenetres). La terrasse du chalet est nĂ©anmoins Ă  l'abri des regards avec une belle vue. En Ă©tĂ© la medzanine est quand meme assez chaude, penser Ă  bien aĂ©rer le soir, car il fait vraiment chaud sous le toit et pas de fenetre en haut. Accueil aimable, le hĂŽte nous a permis d'utiliser la balancoire, la trampoline et quelques jeux (tir Ă  l'arc, etc), ce qui a Ă©tĂ© tres apprĂ©ciĂ© par les enfants. Comptez 20 min pour la plage d'Annecy la plus proche et environ 25-30 min des 1eres stations (type Grand Bornand, la Clusaz). La region est belle, nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour.

Voisinage proche, covisibilitĂ© depuis la salle de bain. Manque d'Ă©clairage pour lire dans le salon. Une fiche d'accueil sur le fonctionnement des appareils (tĂ©lĂ© connectĂ©e, wifi, cafetiĂšre, etc.) serait apprĂ©ciĂ©e.

Top Haus

Das Haus ist super, die Terrasse und der Blick top! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Stephane hat immer schnell reagiert. Wir haben ums sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und sogar verlĂ€ngert. Kleinigkeiten fehlen (Handfeger, Tablett, Sonnenschirm). Das Bett fanden wir recht hart, die Kopfkissen mittelmĂ€ĂŸig. Die Vorteile haben uns darĂŒber hinwegsehen lassen. Wir können das Holzhaus in Alex nur empfehlen!
