About this property

Tranquil Sandy Beachfront - minimal beach traffic. Like your own private beach

This home's 1700 square feet interior is newly remodeled and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bedrooms and living rooms have ceiling fans or you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes. The living room has two queen size sofa sleepers and a TV. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped and a TV. The house also has a washer and dryer for your use. There is also a large side yard of approximately 4000 square feet for the kids to play on.

The outside deck and patio have tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after your swim or play.

Please note there is a second attached but separate unit where the owner may stay periodically.

This property is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more per the Honolulu ordinances. Guests do not have to stay the entire 30 days and will only be charged for their reserved nights, but the remainder of the 30 days will be not be rented in compliance with Hawaii law and will be used for family and friends

The house was perfect for our family. The views were amazing. Having the water in walking distance from the back yard was the icing on the cake. Wade was very accommodating and communicated well. This was our family’s first time in Hawaii. It was definitely memorable and we will be back.

The house was great and the beach view was amazing. Wade was easy to get in contact with and upgraded the bbq for us when we notified him of a problem with the original bbq. We also just happened to be visiting during hurricane lala and we lost power for 3 days. Even with that little hiccup our stay was amazing and would recommend this place to family and friends.

Beautiful ocean view, plenty of space for the family with everything you should need for a relaxing and fun time on the beach. It does get rather stuffy so keeping fans on and windows open is a must.Wade was very attentive and communicative throughout the whole process making it a truly enjoyable vacation.

Great place!

Wade’s place was great for our family (4 adults, 3 kids under 6). Right on the beach, plenty of beach toys, easy check in. Wade was a great host! Would definitely stay here again and recommend for other families.

Wade was excellent to work with - very responsive and accommodating! Loved the location as it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Close to Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Cultural Center and all of the North shore. Waikiki/Honolulu area was a bit farther (1 hour plus) but we only went that direction 2 of our 9 days. North shore beaches are wonderful!! Ted's Bakery and Kula Shave Ice were 2 of our favs, along with the food trucks. If you are staying for an extended time, it is worth the trip to Honolulu for Sam's/Wal-mart to get groceries - significantly less expensive. Crouching Lion restaurant (just down the road to the south) was AMAZING!! Beds are comfy, everything was clean and well stocked. Was a bit taken back by all the wear and tear/rust from the salt water. No A/C - evenings and early mornings were fine, but daytime was a bit unbearable. Luckily we were gone almost everyday until after sundown. Overall, fabulous trip, stayed 9 days. Loved being right on the ocean - beautiful sunrises every morning!!

We had to come back!

My family and I stayed at this property a couple years ago and loved it so much we had to stay again! We loved stepping off the back patio onto the beach. There was plenty of room for 8 adults plus the new grandbaby. Wade was accommodating and very responsive to texts.

Great House, Great Location, Great Host

We stayed for 8 days in this home, and loved it. Beautiful location on the beach. We had 8 people, and there was plenty of room. The home is well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host (Wade) was great. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

Excellent Beach House

The view and house were amazing. Loved listening to the sounds of the ocean day and night. Great patio to sit out on and watch the waves and kids playing in the sand and water. Property owner was great and made sure that we had everything we needed. Great communication.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had such a great time being together. We did all the things…. PCC, Pearl Harbor, snorkeling, paddle boarding— even jumped off a bridge while in Oahu. We absolutely loved the location of this home— the beach right in the backyard meant hours of fun!! The location was perfect— not too far from anything! We will definitely be back!!

It could not have been better...

I think everything was covered in other reviews, but I'd like to reiterate how kind and responsive Wade was. The place and location are beautiful and the home is in a relatively quiet area with everything that you might need relatively close by. Wade has virtually everything that you might need to enjoy the beach on hand. We definitely hope to return.

We loved this house and loaction.

We loved this house and location to the LDS Temple and PCCC. There is a cute gift shope across the street and one down the street which we visited frequently as well as a 7 Eleven. Grocery/ drug store was a short drive away. House was right on the beach which was amazing! House had everything you needed to play in the water. The view was amazing and falling asleep to the crashing waves was the best. Would for sure stay here again.

Therefore, we decided to share our house to allow travelers to experience the real Hawaii.

The home is located on a sandy beach that has minimal beach traffic. It's like having your own private beach in paradise. The large yard on the side is great for the kids or adults to toss a ball around or play. There is also a city park across the street if you need more area to play and has a basketball court. Sports balls will be available for your use.

Relax to the sound of the gently rolling waves. Sit on the patio enjoying the nice ocean breezes and/or lounge reading your favorite book. Let your cares drift away on this peaceful property.

From the patio, you can watch the kids play in the sand or swim.

This home is located close to Polynesian Cultural Center, Kualoa Ranch, Morman Temple, BYUH, Turtle Bay Resort and Golf Club.

Nearby Supermarkets include Tamuras and Foodland and Longs/CVS drugstore.

Many excellent local takeout and sitdown restaurants. Hauula souvenir and gift shop is right across the street.

Across the street is a city park that has a basketball court, playground, and softball/baseball/soccer/football field.

See the endangered monk seal come up to periodically rest on the beach. May also see manta rays or turtles in the bay or whales offshore. Snorkel around the reef to the sides of the house or fish from the yard.
