Great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Decent Stay

The condo is nicely updated for the most part and the property manager was responsive. The condo was very dusty and needed a deep cleaning. Also, I originally rented a different condo and they changed the condo number without notifying me which caused a lot of confusion. Seascape resort is wonderful and the view from the front porch was great - you can see the ocean. Overall we had a nice stay.

We also apologize for any confusion but we did contact you well in advance of your stay about the need to move you into another unit.

Month at SEASCAPE

Was mislead by property manager in renovations taking place next door. Was told it would be going on a couple days but it was the entire month and still going when we left. Our entry door was continually blocked, construction debris left everywhere, and constant noise even on weekends. Called manager after the first couple of days and they came over to address the issue. Only lasted one day and it continued on. on a positive note, the location was awesome and neighbors friendly. Need to fix large sliding door in unit. Very hard to slide.

We apologize that the construction next door was an issue. We understand the inconvenience this construction would cause. Unfortunately these units are all privately owned so we do not have any control over the neighboring owners and what they do with their homes. Especially if they are following all condo association rules and not working during quiet hours. I’d like add that we did not purposely mislead you. We were not aware of the construction until the day before your check in. Upon seeing it, we approached the contractor and were told the loud part of the rebuild would only be going on for a week and after that, they would be painting. That is when I called you and relayed the information. Once you reached out to us reporting that wasn’t the case, we came to the property immediately and then contacted the contractor again. He assured us he would clean up the space and that the loud construction was over. I checked back two more times after our conversation with the contractor and everything seemed to have improved. I heard no loud noises and the porch was much cleaner. After following up twice and not receiving any more communications from you we assumed the issues had been remedied. All this said, we can always do better and will look for ways to make sure this type of thing is handled differently going forward. Thanks for your input. We hope to see you around Seascape next winter!
