Come stay in style with all the amenities you can ask for! This upgraded condo is walking distance from to the gondola in the morning and ski home at the end of the day on the 4Oclock Run! Located in the heart of Downtown Breckenridge on Park Ave across from the gondola, your day on the slopes or evening on the town is just steps away!
This comfy condo is well set up for a family or group of friends to make a meal in or adventure out of into town just a block away! Brand new stainless appliances and granite counters installed Fall 2022! New memory foam mattresses will have your rested and ready for your mountain adventures. A King, Queen and Twin over Queen bunk bed all have been upgraded. There's a pull out sofa for an extra couple as well. We also manage the neighboring unit so large groups can have plenty of space too. Let us know!
​​​​​​​One parking pass is included for the parking garage area at the condo and other free and paid options are nearby for additional vehicles. Local rental shops, hiking and biking trails are all nearby as well. Come, experience this one of a kind Stay Living Dream Property and make the most every memory while you visit Breckenridge.
This property's pool closes seasonally Labor Day till opening Day of Ski Season each year. The hot tubs are open year round.

Perfect place, perfect location.

Me and a few friends went out to hike a few 14ers. This place is located next to the shuttle to Quandary. It’s located ext to several great eateries, and great shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo located between slopes and downtown Breckinridge. On the bus route as well as walking distance from gondolas for quick mountain access. Perfect size for 3 to 4 adults.

Perfect location!

Our family of five had a great week at this location! Highlights were that we could walk everywhere so we didn’t have to worry about parking, the hot tub was perfect for our end of days and it was clean and well stocked. The view of the balcony was the parking lot and living room so we didn’t spend any time out there but honestly for the price, it was ok. People upstairs were a bit loud but we turned up our noisemakers to drown them out. Overall, it was a pretty perfect for us!

What a beautiful house! Little bit of walk to gondola but great exercise. Snowflake is close to beat the lines! Hot tub was great! House is very warm and relaxing! Host is great and easy to talk to! Check in and check out process simple! Come every year a few times a year and def will stay again!

This unit has not been updated at all. The beds really were our biggest complaint as they were very hard. Great location and the owner was accommodating with any issues we came across.

We’ll Ryan not sure where you stayed but this review is off the mark. The 4oclock run was open so you could ski right back to the condo parking lot, the gondola is across the street and you’re on Park ave downtown. Towns a mile long and you’re in the middle of it so not sure how it took so long to walk places. Great location but thats all.

DVD’s did not work, TV remotes did not work, balcony door did not lock, being on a floor where access from outside is easy I find safely issues. Location was great! Washer and dryer would have been nice since we travel light and i could wash my cloths, oh and don’t think you will receive much relaxing time or don’t go to sleep early because upstairs people wont let you sleep because of running and jumping, too expensive not to have quite time.
