Loved the location. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants, the gondola and many other activities. The unit was clean and well stocked with all essential kitchen appliances, etc.
We had a great stay at this property! The condo was super-clean, a perfect size and easy to get to the mountain and walk to town. Loved the ski locker... We will definitely stay here again!
Great location to catch the bus to the lifts and came down 4 O'clock run every afternoon for a short walk back home. Close to town, never drove while there. Well stocked and comfortable. Just enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens.
This was the perfect place for our vacation. The condo had that mountain feel and the location could not have been any better. We walked everywhere. Will definitely book here again when we come back!!!
The condo was even prettier than the pictures. It was very cozy, clean, and peaceful. Perfect place for a perfect getaway. We will be back and will recommend to others wanting to visit Breck.
This property was clean, close to the bus stop to get to the ski lifts and had everything we needed. Check-in and out was very easy as well. I would recommend this property to anyone.
We enjoyed this location as it was very close to the gondola ski back and we didn’t need to cross major roads to walk back after skiing.

The location is excellent. The bus stop to the lift is practically at the front door and the 4 o'clock run takes you right to the back door. Down town is 2 short, easy blocks away. The kitchen is well equiped, the decor is charming and the hot tubs are wonderful after a long day of skiing. We really enjoyed everything about it.
This place was better than I expected. I have had some deceiving pictures from websites in the past. This place was very convenient for walking to gondola and town restaurants.
Condo was just as listed. Well appointed. Comfortable. Great set up for our group We had 2 skiers and. 2 non-skiers. Great location for both. Easy access to Main St as well as gondola. Would stay again.
This property is very close to the ‘downtown’ scene, and it’s a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The property was clean, smaller than I expected, but very nice. My one complaint is generally about VRBO and other such sites and how they end up being almost three times what you’d expect once all of the fees are tacked on, so beware of that when you book.

Great location: walk to Gondola and ski home via 4 O’Clock run to Gondola Parking 25 yd walk to condo. 2 blocks off Main St puts you at Giampetros’s. One of our favorite restaurants. Also try Rootstalk our next favorite restaurant. Condo was as listed, clean and well appropriated. My only issue is that it was the kitchen was missing a can opener and we did not hear back from management.
The property and unit are very well maintained and clean. The unit decor is modern. Instructions for checkin and checkout were very easy. The gondola is about a 5 minute walk and takes you to the different peaks. The 4 o’clock trail ends near the property parking lot to “ski in”. The hot tub area is enclosed and also very clean. There is a laundry room on-site but requires you to bring quarters. Check the closets for anything you might need, like laundry pods or a humidifier. It really had everything we needed, including chapstick!
Also, it’s just a 5 minute (or less) walk to Main Street. Great location, great management.
Overall great place to stay. Property manager was very good. Short walk to downtown so we left rental car in safe, covered parking space. 5 to 10 minute walk to gondola. There is a trail you can ski down to get within a 3 minute walk back to condo.
Just a few notes. Would have been helpful to know that small entrance to parking garage is not well marked. For those who may go here Its across from the large gondola parking lot.
Master bedroom bed could use an update.
There were no humidifiers and the unit could’ve used 2.
We would definitely rent here again.
