I loved the privacy. Didn't have to worry about being bothered unless I wanted to be bothered.

We learned that Myrtle Beach itself was not a good fit for us, but the stay was overall great! The suite was a little worn looking, and the floors have gone done with a deep clean scrub and mop, but the countertops and table were clean so it's not too big of a deal. The fridge did have some damage on one of the shelves but was still mostly usable, but you can't really beat the price for a beachfront suite! Me and my girlfriend loved being able to wake up and watch the sunrise on the balcony and be able to walk right down to the beach later in the morning. We personally would not go back to Myrtle Beach, but the property itself was a great find for an early summer getaway!

Our stay was great, we didn’t have a shower curtain and I texted the owner about it, we had it up to our room in less than 5 minutes. Communication was great, the only suggestion I would have would be to bring your own pillow, the pillows weren’t great

Amazing time

We really enjoyed our stay. Just had an issue with the metal part of the door locking on itself after we left the room. I had left balcony door cracked and the wind was so strong it flipped the metal part of the safety lock around. It happened to us two years in a row. Being locked out of the room for a period of time wasn’t fun but their maintenance people got their quick. Can’t wait till next year to stay again. Between the lazy river and outdoor and indoor pool, we had stuff to do on even rainy days. We will be back again!

The room looked decent enough but after trying to settle in the furniture had sand, crumbs, hair on it . The floors looked as if they hadn't been mopped in sometime. We bought our own cleaning supplies and air fresheners to clean room. We didn't have a vacuum to clean furniture. The shower also needs a good scrubbing. We were here for our 19th anniversary and was looking location that was pet friendly and direct access to beach . The beach was under construction and had to go down road to get on beach. The facility is really not bad our room just needed special cleaning attention.

Second time staying

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed in the same room. Can’t wait to go next year! Had a little mishap with the door latch but everything else was perfect! We love the Patricia Grand but always book through a private company. Can’t wait for next year

At first looked clean

We thought it was clear but by watching our dog we could tell it was not. She kept finding things to eat on the floor. As we inspected it the floor was filthy and crumbs all around the edges. We were worried that she would get sick from eating something totally rotten. The shower head needed to be replaced.

Response from VrboOwner on 5 June 2022
We appreciate your feedback. My sincere apologies. We handle cleanliness concerns very seriously. We have since had a meeting with our Housekeeping supervisor. We expect our suites to be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned between each guest. We have also replaced the shower head in the suite. Thank you

Dog Friendly Hotel

This is one of the better dog friendly hotels in Myrtle. However, the rental room from Vrbo are better than the Hotel Rooms They are cleaner and have better furnishings.
