Beautiful farm views in every direction. Completely renovated in 2020. Five minutes to Cummins Falls, 15 minutes to downtown Cookeville.

We travel to Tennessee every year to see family and friends. Our usual spot was booked and not in the best location since people have moved. We booked here and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Having the basement area was like having a second location. Perfect for us since we have little ones who go to bed early and we were up late with friends.

We loved our weekend stay! The home was clean, spacious, and smelled great! We came from Cincinnati to attend my 84 year old father's wedding and thought this was a great alternative to a hotel. It felt luxurious but felt like home too. I think it's important to add all the thought that went into this home. Everything you could possibly need was there! Plenty of kitchenware, extra bedding and pillows, even laundry supplies! They really thought of everything! I definitely recommend this little piece of peace and quiet!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the peaceful mornings with the view of the countryside and the cows. What a wonderful place to relax! We can tell how much care goes into maintaining the property and enjoyed learning the background behind the name bestowed on the home. The local list of restaurants was also much appreciated.
