Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1700 square foot vacation home located in master planned community of Desert Ridge in NE Phoenix/ Scottsdale. Vaulted ceilings and ceramic tile compliment an open and spacious floor plan. Formal living room and dining room seat 6. Two generous guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with twin beds, along with a sumptuous primary suite with a king sleigh bed, double night stands, walk-in closet and 4 piece ensuite with a walkout door opening to a private patio and gorgeous pebble tec pool (not heated). Main 3 piece bath equipped with hotel style curved shower curtain rod. Great room with 65" Smart TV, surround sound and DVD player. Fully equipped oak kitchen with granite countertops, large island and stainless steel appliances with kitchen nook dining for 4. Large desk and office chair with printer set up in great room. Oasis like backyard with pebble tec pool (not heated) and propane gas barbecue.
Pool area is within coverage of security surveillance camera. In addition, 3 security surveillance cameras are located in the front and east/west side yards. Access to any surveillance data is limited and deleted when no longer needed.
Please note that we do not rent month to month. This is a vacation home only. We have a minimum 30 day rental policy.

Great home in a great location
We enjoyed the use of Sandra and Brian’s home immensely. The location right off Tatum Blvd in Desert Ridge doesn’t get any better. There are no less than 35 restaurants within 1/2 mile and of course the required Starbucks is just around the corner. The water feature in the backyard lets you relax without a care in the world. The home was spotless when we arrived and Sandra’s concierge accepted and parked our shipped car in the garage for us for a nominal fee. The spa at Desert Ridge across the street offers a discount for an advance registration. It’s one of the nicest spas in Scottsdale even when you compare it to the Phoenician. Uncle Louie’s pizza just a few miles away has great thin crust pizza, extrodinairy entrees and 300 wines by the glass! We would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is planning a trip to the Valley of the Sun.

Comfortable home in great location
The house was wonderful! Spacious! Well furnished! We stayed for two weeks! We loved the location, which was close to just about everything. We especially liked being close to some great hiking trails.

Miss it already

Great location! Met and exceeded expectations.
We had a terrific family holiday at this desert ridge home. The location is great! It's central location and it's proximity to the 101, made it a great jumping off point for day trips around the region.
We loved that it was within walking distance of the desert ridge marketplace. The home was clean and well-maintained and the pictures on this site accurately reflect what you get once you arrive. The owner was excellent to deal with and provided a comprehensive written set of instructions regarding the various features of the home. We would definitely recommend staying at this home and hope to do so ourselves again in the future.

A week with grandchildren
We had a lovely, sunny week at this rental home in Phoenix. We stayed in this house last year so we knew what to expect. The pool was clean and has a good locking fence around it. The description we read was very accurate. We liked having a pack'n play and other child friendly items in the house including life jackets and pool toys. We walked to the nearby park on several occasions which the children loved. The owners were easy to contact and answered all our questions before we arrived and during the week. We would recommend this property, especially to anyone vacationing with young children.

Phoenix house
This clean, one level, house suited our purpose with children. We were not aware that it was next to a major highway. The noise made it uncomfortable to be outside.
Expensive, considering the pool was unheated (icy) Bedrooms very comfortable but LR furnishings sparse. Well equipped kitchen.

We thank our guests for their comments. As indicated on our listing, the pool is unheated. The house does not back onto a "major highway", it backs onto Deer Valley Drive. We have never been troubled by "noise" while enjoying our backyard, and we have never had any past complaints about traffic noise. We believe that our home is reasonably priced, and provides a maximum of 6 guests with a comfortable environment at a cost significantly less than a hotel.

Great place for small children
My family (Myself, wife, 3 year old, 1 year old, and mother) stayed here April 10 - April 17). The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. They have thought of everything for kids (baby monitors, pack and play, toddler potty, and much more). In addition the house is immaculate. We definitely felt there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool and deck are also fantastic with the mountain views in the background. Another concern was safety with a pool. They have really done a great job making sure that kids can't wander into the pool area. There is a bolt lock on the door along with a bolt lock and chain on the screen door. In addition there is a gate leading to the pool area that has to be opened from the top. The owners really think of everything and the neighborhood is great too. There is a park within walking distance and great trails all around. Finally, the shopping area is filled with restaurants and shops sure to keep everyone busy. You can't go wrong with this great family designed home.
