A holiday home that has it all

The owner is very friendly and open in communications. The house is very nice and has everything you need to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. It is situated in a peaceful and quiet area. We had a very good time here!

Perfect Accommodations Surrounded by Beautiful Landscapes

I recently visited Rodels with my two friends and my mother and had the most amazing stay at Martin's property. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, peaceful, and surrounded by a landscape that made you feel like you were waking up in a fairy tale. The kitchen was equipped with all the amenities we needed, the beds were comfortable and warm, there was plenty of seating in the kitchen and living room, and the closets were very spacious. We messaged Martin with a few questions during our stay and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He and his family were very welcoming and kind, as were the people we met who lived in town. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10!

Alles war so schön wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.Es war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und vorbereitet.Martin ist ein toller Gastgeber, der an alles denkt, vor Anreise bestens informiert und sogar während des Aufenthalts noch Informationen wie z.B. eine Unwetterwarnung schickt.Die Lage ist traumhaft: ruhig, idyllisch, mit Bergsee und tollen Wanderwegen in nächster Umgebung.Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Wir haben alles genau so angetroffen, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben war. Auch die hilfreiche eMail mit weiteren Einzelheiten inkl. Fotos zur Anreise und mit Beschreibungen zu Geschirrspüler, Bettwäsche etc sowie Kontakt Telefonnummern haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Wunderbarer Ort für entspannten Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung des Guts Noains verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war vor Reiseantritt und vor Ort einwandfrei. Die ruhige und idyllische Lage nahe des Dorfes ist als Ausgangspunkt für kleine und große Wanderungen bestens geeignet. Fussläufig gibt es einen See, der zum Baden einlädt. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schöner Winterurlaub

Wir wollten schon lange Freunde in der Schweiz besuchen und dies gleich mit einem Skiurlaub verbinden. Das Quartier in Rodels war dafür die ideale Ausgangsbasis. Die ruhige Lage und schöne Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung lies unseren Urlaub sehr kurzweilig werden. Der Vermieter stellt alle Informationen für eine problemlose Anreise und guten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Wir können das Quartier uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzliche Grüße, Mike & Familie

Schönes Naturerlebnis

Ein geschichtsträchtiges Haus mitten in einer intakten Natur.Pferde, Hühner, Schafe und Ziegen gehören zu diesem Gut- und überall stehen Obstbäume. Die Gastgeber und auch die Nachbarin (Reitlehrerin) waren ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat es keinen Dorfladen. Ohne Auto braucht man dafür etwas länger zum Einkaufen (Nachbardorf). Auch für unseren Hund waren die Ferien ideal. Reitstunden direkt vor dem Haus und schöne Möglichkeiten zum Ausreiten. Ein wunderschöner Ort !

wunderschöne und moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten ein paar wunderschöne und erholsame Tage in der modernen, bestens ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist neu umgebaut, sehr hell und praktisch eingerichtet. Das einzigartig schöne Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Von 2 Fenstern aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und die Umgebung. Die Gegend eignet sich bestens für Ausflüge, Spaziergänge und auch das Skigebiet ist in nur 20 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den nahegelegenen Dörfern, welche in 10 bzw. 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und werden unsere Ferien sicher bald wieder in Noains verbringen!

Idylle im Domleschg

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser vollständig neu renovierten Wohnung hätte nicht erholsamer sein können. Inmitten einer Landschaft - reich an Burgen, Schlösser und anderer Zeugen der Geschichte - waren wir aufgehoben in einem Patriziergut aus längst vergangenen Zeiten. Die Wohnung hingegen ist voll in der Gegenwart abgesiedelt und architektonisch äusserst gelungen den Bedürfnissen unserer Zeit angepasst. Wir fühlten uns durch die Gastgeber sehr gut vorbereitet und liebevoll aufgenommen. Meinen Freunden werde ich diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, vor allem aber werden wir sicher wiederkommen!!! Wir waren hier in der Dunkelheit des Dezembers und waren begeistert - wie schön muss es sein, wenn alles blüht und gedeiht. In der Nacht haben wir Hirsche ums Haus streifen gesehen - unter einem Sternenhimmel, der klarer nicht hätte sein können. PS: Kulinarisch Interessierte gelangen zu Fuss ins Schloss Schauenstein, wo Andreas Caminada (3 Sterne bei Michelin, 19 Punkte bei Gault&Milau) regiert.
