➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant charges will be applied if this rule is not followed. In case of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, with no possibility of refund. The security deposit will be retained. ➡ Identity Verification : An ID with the same name as the reservation will be required and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, you'll need to add them as "children."

Check-in Day and Supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: €50 supplement.
- No entry is allowed after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day : Final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in an appropriate condition, ensuring dishes are washed and all trash is disposed of. Thank you.
