Magnifique maison de village rénovée en 2018-2019, tout confort, meublée, équipée, chauffée tres efficacement au fioul, double vitrage, parquet neuf dans le salon. Hauteur sous plafond de 3m sur les deux étages. Pas de mitoyenneté avec les deux maisons voisines. Wifi adsl, netflix, amazon prime. Commerces du village a 200m: restaurant, épicerie station service, boulangerie, cabinet médical, pizzeria, coiffeur, notaire/agent immobilier, artisan ébéniste.

Situated at the edge of the charming Gascon village of Saint Puy, this tastefully restored maison de village has all the charm of the ancien as well as all the modern amenities. An elegant heated lap pool with pool house nestled in a verdant garden with expansive lawn and old growth trees is the perfect place to relax. The house has 4 bedrooms, a study, salon and large open kitchen, sleeps 10 comfortably and is just a few minutes walk or bike to the center of the village place.

This house was originally built in 1830 on the edge of Saint-Puy. It was been tastefully renovated in 2019 in a way that preserves and highlights the beautiful details of the original house while bringing it up to our modern standards.

Our second stay at the Elegant Village House with Pool in Saint Puy. The village remains charming and delightful, the house is still large, comfortable, pretty and well appointed. We had a most relaxing time, making greater use of the well maintained pool than during our previous October sojourn. Five stars, do recommend.

A lovely time in Saint-Puy

Our family found the property to be exactly as advertised - an elegant village house with a pool. It's a substantial detached old building, sympathetically modernised but maintaining a traditional feel. Spacious and comfortable, all required ameneties were provided - good plumbing and electrics, hot and cold running broadband, a smart TV with streaming services. The pool was clean and a delight - even at the end of October we had a couple of days warm enough to enjoy it. My mum - far more erudite than I - commented on the fabulousness of the selection of books in the house. Saint-Puy is very pretty and charming, with so many interesting and historical sites just a short drive away. More than the mere basics could be found at the artisinal bakers and local shop, and the two restaurants - each with a very different vibe - served up delicious food in Gascon-sized portions. Everyone we spoke to in the village was pleasant, helpful, and tolerated our somewhat creaky French. Five stars, do recommend.

Séjour mitigé

Belle maison et bien équipée. Le séjour aurait été top si nous n'avions pas été sans eau chaude pendant 3 jours sans acceptation d'un dédommagement correct de la part du propriétaire malgré notre demande. A noter que l'arrivée ne peut-être faite qu'après 18h et le départ pour 10h pour permettre le ménage qui n'est pas extraordinaire... Ce qui fait perdre presque une journée. Dommage !

Très belle maison dans charmant village

Grande maison très agréable à vivre. Le jardin et les extérieurs sont suffisamment grands. La piscine est top ! Le village de Saint-Puy est très mignon et calme, les environs parfaits pour balades et visites. À noter le très bon et très accueillant restaurant « chez vous » avec sa magnifique terrasse sous la halle, à deux pas de la maison. Bref, un séjour parfait.

Les plus: emplacement calme dans un charmant petit village, belle maison Les moins: propreté à revoir, rideau de douche moisi, balayettes de wc à même le sol... manque des équipements de cuisine (robot, mixeur, autocuiseur...), 3 chambres sur les 4 ne disposent d'aucun rangement ni de penderie pour les vêtements

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, d'hiver. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, bien équipée et située dans un charmant village du Gers. Un coup de cœur pour la cuisine, très conviviale!

Aangename woning

Weekje Saint-Puy… Mooie woning met alle nodige faciliteiten binnen in huis. Jammer dat de vaatwasser het niet deed. De stoelen buiten aan het zwembad zijn niet geschikt voor volwassen personen. Bij mensen meer dan 50kg gaan de achterste poten plooien bij warme temperaturen waardoor je de stoel niet kan gebruiken. Een woning van 8 en maar 4 stoelen. Ligbedden ontbreken echt wel bij een zonnevakantie zoals deze en ook het nodige aantal waarvoor de woning uitgerust is. Zwembad was prima voor ons en de kids!! Verder is er voldoende bed en badlinnen wat voor ons echt een meerwaarde is! Dit in combinatie met wasmachine en droogkast maakt het de gasten makkelijk. Netheid kon beter… enorm veel spinnen in de woning op alles plaatsen boven ooghoogte maar dit kon langs de andere kant onze vakantie niet verpesten. De nodige borstels, stofzuiger, doeken en producten zijn aanwezig om dit eventueel zelf even weg te halen maar dit zou in principe niet mogen.

15j de repos en fevrier

C' est une maison de village traditionnelle en pierre. Elle est spacieuse, accueillante et tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. La supérette et la boulangerie sont à 2 mn à pied. Le village est tout à fait charmant et permets de rayonner entre Auch, Condom et Lectoure. C'est un endroit calme au milieu de la campagne pour se reposer et découvrir les producteurs locaux : vin sur place, pellehaut à 30 mn, tariquet, produits de la ferme de terre blanche, cochon noir, chèvre. Mention spéciale pour la simplicité et la gentillesse locale. Merci au propriétaire Vincent.

Un séjour pour Noël inoubliable

Quelle belle demeure pour accueillir nos festivités familiales de Noël! La maison est restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. Le ménage était impeccable tout comme la literie et le linge de maison. Le village de Saint Puy est adorable. Nous reviendrons pour un séjour estival et ainsi profiter de la piscine avec grand plaisir!
