Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean. We were surprised to read these concerns, as none of them were mentioned to us at any point during your stay. Had we been contacted about a loose cabinet hinge or any issue with the shower, we would have been happy to address it immediately. The home was completely renovated in 2021 and is maintained to modern standards, so we were also surprised by the comment that it is in need of updating. The kitchen size and layout are accurately represented in our listing photos so guests can see exactly what to expect before booking. We would also like to clarify that there is no “bathroom furniture” in the home, so we are unsure what that portion of the review is referring to. The property includes a number of upgrades and amenities that were not mentioned in the review, including a large rear deck, outdoor cooking area, outdoor television, and extensive landscape lighting. We have received numerous 5-star reviews both before and after this guest’s stay, which we believe better reflects the experience the overwhelming majority of our guests have at the property. We work hard to maintain the home and provide a clean, comfortable stay. We always encourage guests to contact us during their visit if something needs attention so we have the opportunity to address it immediately rather than learning about it for the first time in a review.
