Pretty winegrower's house in a luxury residence overlooking the vineyards. Typical house in the region with two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from Carcassonne and Narbonne. You can visit the Cathar castles and wine estates of the region. Nature and calm await you.
A complete cleaning must be carried out before your departure.
If it is not of quality, you will be charged €150 (one-off amount).
The costs will be deducted from the "cleaning" deposit (deposit different from that blocked on the reservation site).

The bed linen is provided.
The bathroom linen and tea towels service is extra on request.
The service is 50 euros for 4 shower sheets, 4 towels, bath mat, hand towel and 3 tea towels.

The reception of pets is subject to the agreement of the host.

On site you have all the amenities including a butcher's shop with regional products (at the village's SPAR), a bakery, restaurants including the excellent "La Bonbonnette" and winegrowers rated 9/10 at Parker.

The secure residence allows you to spend your vacation with complete peace of mind. Your children will be able to enjoy the outdoors in complete safety. .
You can park within the residence. Parking is free and secure (private parking).

The manager of the bastide is currently changing. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that the swimming pool will be accessible this summer.
The rental price takes this disappointment into account.
You can swim in the river below the residence or in Lagrasse or Ribeaute (10 minutes by car).

We wanted to offer you a pleasant vacation spot. To keep the place practical, clean and cozy for each passing traveler, the deposit helps reinforce the respect shown to the place.
The deposit is 400€, it will be sent to the host before your arrival. The deposit check will be returned to you by mail if the exit inventory and the inventory do not attest to any damage or loss.
