Welcome to Inness Free, a charming coastal retreat located in the private Captain's Row neighborhood on Tybee Island's desirable North End. Offering ocean views, a screened-in porch, elevated living spaces, and quick access to two nearby beach crossovers, this inviting three-bedroom home is designed for relaxed family vacations and laid-back island getaways.

Tucked into a quiet residential setting near North Beach, Inness Free places guests close to some of Tybee Island's most peaceful shoreline while still just minutes from the Tybee Lighthouse, local restaurants, and island attractions. Guests can enjoy sunrise views, watch ships pass through the Savannah River channel, or take a short walk to the beach without heavy traffic or crowded parking.

Step inside and you're welcomed by an inviting staircase leading from the foyer and garage level to the main living floor. This open-concept space is designed for gathering and comfort, featuring a living room with plush seating, a large TV, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Just beyond, the screened-in porch extends the living area outdoors, offering a peaceful front-row view of the Savannah River channel. Watch large container ships glide in from the Atlantic as they move through Tybee's coastal waters, creating a unique and memorable backdrop.

The living area flows into the dining space, where a table seats up to eight guests, and into a fully equipped kitchen designed for easy vacation meal prep and shared cooking experiences. A convenient half bathroom completes this level.

Upstairs, the top floor features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, along with peaceful views ideal for sunrise or stargazing. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom features two twin beds and a TV. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

For added convenience, a small game room located off the garage provides space to store beach gear and rinse off after beach days, keeping the home organized and easy to enjoy throughout your stay.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles directly at the home. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.

Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.
