Wonderful stay, seamless planning and communication with Max the concierge. We had a great time at the beach club. Only issue was no air flow on the bunk room and strong smell of cleaning products. It’s basically the utility room with bunks

Dear Diane, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate hearing from our guests, as it helps us continue to improve the experience for future visitors. After receiving your comments, we immediately spoke with our concierge to address each of your concerns. Regarding the air conditioning, we recently installed a new A/C unit specifically to provide cooling for the bunk room. We also discovered that the thermostat in the double queen bedroom controls the temperature for both the double queen room and the bunk room. We've asked our concierge to make sure all guests are aware of this upon arrival so they can keep both rooms comfortable throughout their stay. We have also spoken with our housekeeping team and asked them to ensure that everything is properly organized and put away before each guest arrives so the home is in excellent condition and does not have cleaning odors. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention. We value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.
