Appréciations de notre séjour

Appartement idéalement situé (centre, plage, port à 100 m) ; traversant, belle vue mer, 2 balcons, bien ensoleillé sans trop. Avec garage, certes pour petit véhicule, mais trÚs appréciable. Belles décorations. Seuls petits bémols : à la remise des clés le ménage laissait vraiment à desirer ; matériel de nettoyage désuet (aspirateur inutilisable....ballet brosse manquant...), coussins de terrasse et oreillers tachés. Malgré cela nous recommandons ce logement, confortable et assez grand. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Je n'ai eu aucune rĂ©ponse Ă  ce mail du 18 juillet ! Monsieur, Nous avons pris la location de votre appartement situĂ© 14 boulevard MarĂ©chal Joffre Ă  Palavas-les-flots depuis le 8 juillet 2023. C’est Vanessa, qui s’occupe du mĂ©nage de l’appartement qui nous a accueillies. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, comme je le voulais pour ma mĂšre qui a 93 ans et qui reste tout le temps de la location, soit jusqu’au 12 aoĂ»t 2023. Toutefois il y a un nombre de problĂšmes que nous avons constatĂ©s dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e en faisant l’état des lieux avec Vanessa qui est peu acceptable au vue du montant du loyer : ‱ le store-banne de la terrasse du sĂ©jour, face Ă  la mer, est totalement endommagĂ© et ne peut donc ĂȘtre utilisĂ© pour obtenir l’ombre nĂ©cessaire sur la terrasse. Vous avez remplacĂ© ce store par un parasol mais qui ne remplit pas le mĂȘme office. ‱ Le store de la chambre principale est dĂ©fectueux et ne peut donc ĂȘtre utilisĂ©. ‱ il y a des taches sur le canapĂ© du salon (qui je le pense, aurait pu ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©es avant notre arrivĂ©e) ainsi que sur les autres fauteuils qui sont sur la terrasse. ‱ Le compteur Ă©lectrique saute rĂ©guliĂšrement (parfois plusieurs fois par jour), y compris la nuit. Ce qui n’est pas simple et mĂȘme assez Ă©tonnant. Et nous ne pouvons regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision et avoir en mĂȘme temps la climatisation ! ‱ Un seau mis sur la terrasse recueille l’eau de la climatisation et doit ĂȘtre vidĂ© plusieurs fois par jour. TrĂšs difficile pour une femme de 93 ans. ...

Magnifique appartement

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, il est coquet, bien équipé, vraiment trÚs agréable. Attention, il n'y a pas de draps ni de serviettes de toilette, on vous demandera un supplément de 40euros. Il y a un garage mais exigu. Mieux vaut se garer en surface, mais il faudra compter 8euros par jour.
