Charming salt worker's house

House located in the heart of the village of Saillé, a rocky islet surrounded by marshes, in the municipality of Guérande.
Near La Baule Bay, the port of Le Pouliguen, and the ramparts of Guérande.
In the village, you’ll find two restaurants as well as a bar, tobacco shop, and newsstand that also sells bread.
The house features, on the ground floor, an entryway, a living room with a fireplace insert, a TV with Netflix, a Marshall speaker, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a toilet.
On the ground floor, a landing leads to three bedrooms—one of which includes a desk (two 140-sized double beds and two 90-sized beds)—all equipped with walk-in closets and built-in cabinets, as well as a bathroom with a toilet. Bed linens and towels are not provided.
The fenced-in, tree-lined garden covers an area of 200 m². You’ll find a patio with outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a parasol.
Deck chairs are also available for your use.
You have access to a storage shed for your beach gear.
We’ve set up two home offices, and the house has fiber-optic internet, so you can work remotely with complete peace of mind.
You’ll also find comics, books, and board games, as well as access to Netflix and a large selection of DVDs.
