We had a great stay at Cabin Fever. The cabin was very peaceful! We saw a lot of wildlife from our front porch. It had everything we needed, and the cabin was very clean. The proximity to Shenandoah Park and other nearby attractions was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the park.

Thank you, Kay, for the great review! We certainly look forward to your next visit!
place is really nice. living room and basement stays really cool thanks to two mini-split units though the master bedroom can get pretty warm.there was firewood available when we were here and the firepit was pretty nice.you have to cross a creek to get to the property, but there are some support bits that make it a bit easier if you have a vehicle thats low to the ground.overall very clean and nice place; highly reccomend.
The host of this property was awesome , she responded right away with an issue that wasn’t really a hindrance to us but more for her. But she made sure we stayed comfortable throughout the stay! House is perfect size for a family , towels, linens and all supplies needed in the kitchen. We LOVED the Mountain views and close proximity to Thornton gap entrance . One thing the pictures do not show is there are abandoned farm structures right around the house so when you pull in at first it’s a little different. But I ended up actually really liking the authentic historical feel of the farm you’re staying on. There were some bugs here and there in the house like ants and gnats but again you’re smack in the middle of a huge farm and close to the beautiful lake up over the tall hill. Honestly we recommended this stay to a family member right when we left because it does give you the full Shenandoah experience!
The cabin was really nice and very clean. The front porch has a beautiful view of the mountains which was a wonderful place to have our morning coffee. We enjoyed a walk to the nearby lake and the peaceful surroundings. The cabin is conveniently located to Shenandoah National Park and the cute town of Luray. We would definitely stay here again.
Great property. Clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed staying in the country setting. This was a perfect location to stay while exploring Shenandoah National Park.

It was a pleasure to have such great guests stay at our cabin. You were, as you put it, our "inaugural guests", and it was a terrific experience. We hope you will be able to return for another stay.
