Tailgate on the large front porch with a view of Kyle Field then take the 9 minute walk along Brison Park, across George Bush drive and then through the beautiful new Aggie Park to the game. Kyleview is a brand new luxury home located in the heart of the "historic district" along Brison Park. The prime location is across the street from Texas A&M less than a half mile "park lined" walk from Kyle Field and other attractions. The prestigious home is only rented for 14 nights a year. The home has 2 master bedrooms. There are three living areas, 2 with large TV's, and one with a gas fireplace. Kyleview is a legally registered, operating, and city safety inspected short term rental, permit # STR2020-000025

Fantastic property!

We had a wonderful time at this property! You will never stay in a hotel as clean and orderly as this home was. It had everything one could want for an ideal game day weekend. It was the perfect setting to have our Aggie children come over for brunch before the football game and would have been a great place to watch the game if we hadn't already secured tickets. Jim was easy to communicate with and everything about the weekend went smoothly.

Solid Game-day Weekend Home

Our family and our friends stayed for a weekend and caught an Aggie game. Just a short walk over to the stadium and University for events. The house was beautiful and a lot of room for the families to spread out. House was pristine and had everything we needed to make it a memorable trip! We will return!

Gorgeous house, close to campus

This is our second stay at this amazing property and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision . The house is perfect for an extended family or small group with plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. With two living areas and a beautiful covered patio there is plenty of room to spread out. Jim & Lisa are perfect hosts and go out of their way to make your stay fantastic.
