Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.
What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. We were in town for our daughter’s elopement at Forsyth park and this location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere to include the Kroger for last minute groceries. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the quiet environment a lot. We would stay here again for sure!
Lovely location. We were in walking distance of most places we wanted to see. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. The free parking made things so much easier. I definitely would stay here again.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The parlor apt. was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect; close to much and easy access. We walked most of the time to adventure the city which we loved. We will be back!
Communication with the host was easy and efficient. The house looks just like the pictures; beautiful, historic, clean, and well maintained. The king size bed was quite comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and sightseeing was fantastic. We would stay here again!
The apartment was clean and in a good location. There was plenty of kitchen amenities. The appliances were new. The TV selection was not good. The mattress could have been more comfortable. Recommend that the bathroom is renovated. We could hear people upstairs but that’s to be expected in an old building.
A perfect spot to end our week long road trip! Great space, immaculate, excellent communication by Mary, detailed instructions for arrival, private parking spot on property. We walked everywhere! Convenient location for exploring historic downtown. There's a great little breakfast spot (Clary's Cafe) a block away for good old fashioned breakfast. A fantastic experience!
My husband and I loved our stay here. Perfect location on a street that was voted most beautiful street in Savannah and it’s obvious why. We loved being able to walk everywhere and it’s such a safe & friendly area! It was a nice perk having a free parking spot to use. We ate our breakfast on the front patio each morning and just loved the view.
Everything was great. We have stayed there 3 times already and love it. Perfect location. Very Clean and neat. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Even a nice laundry area.
