Good Vibes is the most excellent house! Beautiful, great layout, great location! The owners have thought of everything to the smallest detail! Communication and check in were seamless! Already looking at dates to rent it next year!!

Incredible beachfront property with all the amenities and then some! Must stay! Central location on island, 2 min walk to beach, super clean property fully stocked with beach gear, games, etc. Host communicates in a timely manner and is very flexible .

Beautiful and comfortable house a very short walk from the beach. Bedrooms are attractive with comfortable beds. Kitchen is very well stocked with so many dishes/utensils. Beautiful views of the water from the porch with rockers and relaxing seating. And the location provided short trips to the market and to the pool.We all loved it! Thanks so much!

The home is stunning, even better than the photos! Super spacious, very well maintained, beautifully decorated. The views are gorgeous and we loved sitting on the patio and looking out at the sea. The 6 passenger golf carts are the best we have ever used in the island. The home was amazing for our multigenerational family reunion! So many bikes, helmets, beach chairs, toys, and other amenities in the garage. Outdoor showers with hot water was so nice. Would love to visit BHI again and stay at this home. The host was also amazing and very communicative and answered all of our questions immediately. Thank you for the amazing memories!!

Good Vibes is a fantastic home away from home. Everything you need is there. We had 10 adults in town for a wedding and Everton Nea’s thrilled with the house. It is across the road from the beach, just steps from the beach access. It has all the beach chairs and toys you need, two great 6 seater golf carts and incredible views of the ocean from the covered porch. The home decor is beautiful and the home is meticulously maintained. Would definitely return.

Always a great rental. Location and house is great. Bike chains need an upgrade but understand how difficult it is to maintain chains with the corrosion.

Great house and location

Have been coming to BHI for many years and this was the best location we’ve had - close to the BHI Club and Market/shops, a South beach access right in front of the house, and a second floor porch with an unobstructed ocean view. Would definitely try and stay here again!

Wedding weekend

The house was perfect for our family. It was roomy and clean and gave us a wonderful place to gather as a family. The views were wonderful and even though the weather was chilly we truly enjoyed the island.

Excellent house in an excellent location! Loved being able to have guests membership to BHI club! Pool was great for our youngest 1 year old to adults. House kitchen supplies were ample for all cooking and serving of meals for our large group! Kids bunk room was a hit!

Fantastic week at Good Vibes! House has all you need. Ice maker wasn’t working but they had a countertop ice maker set up for us and kept up great communication. Awesome location, bunk room was a hit for the kids. Hope to stay again!

Great location beautiful house

We had a perfect stay at Good Vibes. The house is perfect. It has 4 adult rooms and a bunk room downstairs with another master bedroom upstairs. The main room for all gatherings is a great room where the kitchen, living room and dining room are all together. We have stayed on Bald Head in many homes and this was the best.

Great time at "Good Vibes". Really well constructed and thought out house from Gary and Tamara. Size worked great for multigenerational trip. Can't beat location to BHI Club, Maritime Market/Jailhouse, or heading to East Beach. Having the towels and chairs made world of difference. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was nice and the house was stocked well. There were several issues that required correction, of which the property owner should be able to engage a property service to handle quickly and effectively without the renters involvement for a house in this price range. One golf cart was not present. Owner asked us to complete a rental of a cart (in which he offered reimbursement) as well as pick up the damaged cart when it returned off the barge. Both are an inconvenience that should not be asked of the renter. This should already be handled and corrected. WiFi system does not work in multiple areas of the house (there is no booster system) and signal is poor. There is no TV service (Hulu, YouTube Live, or similar) - this is a reasonable expectation for a house in this price range and one that is present in most rentals. The water was not working upon arrival and took some time to correct. The owner should have an on-island service (these exist and are readily available as most rentals have them) to assist with issues when they arise and not inconvenience the renter. The core issue is not the problems themselves but the owner engaging the renter for remediation. A property service is required to create a reasonable stay experience. Would not recommend given the cost.
