On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a living room with air conditioning and a terrace.

Alles bestens, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Marina hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, es war sauber und ordentlich und alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen.In dem Ort ist ein gutes Restaurant.Kleiner Supermarkt war auch gleich zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus hatte alles was man brauchte. Haben einen schönen Strand gefunden das mit dem Auto ca 5 Min entfernt war Vermieter waren sehr nett und auch ihilfsbereit wenn was war.

Absolut zu empfehlen!

Das Objekt ist sehr sauber. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht (ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Sitzkissen für Gartenmöbel, Kaffeemaschine, Brotschneidemaschine, Sandwichmaker). Balkon und Terasse sind im Herbst leider schon am Nachmittag im Schatten. Das Haus ist rustikal aber handwerklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Betten und Matratzen sind hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es zu 150% weiter!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Geschäft für täglichen Bedarf sowie Post sehr nah. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen wie Hafen Medulin mit Bootstouren, Pula, Labin und viele andere.

besser geht es nicht!!

Es ist ein sehr schön restauriertes Haus und sieht wirklich so toll aus , wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es zu 150% weiter! Die Klimaanlage in der oberen Etage reicht völlig aus und die Betten sind auch bequem. Alles ist sehr sauber . Der Ort ist sehr ruhig , aber es gibt einen Konsum und einen Bäcker 5 min zu Fuß. Außerdem noch 3 Restaurants , dort sollte man allerdings reservieren. Pula ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen , wir haben meist dort gegessen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen , die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und es gab auch noch einen Gruß aus dem Garten.

Prima Unterkunft!

Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht (ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Sitzkissen für Gartenmöbel). Es ist vom Eigentümer in Handarbeit saniert und ausgestattet worden, was es zu einem besonderen und individuellen Objekt macht. Man hat die Möglichkeit, Balkon und Terrasse zu nutzen, die auch beide beschattet sind. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nur einen kleinen Teil des Hauses. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr dunkel, die Fenster sind klein und müssen im Sommer mit den Fensterläden verschlossen werden, damit nicht zu viel Hitze eindringen kann. Das hinterlässt insgesamt einen etwas düsteren Eindruck.

Die Unterkunft ist genauso einladend, wie in den Bildern. Das Häuschen liegt ruhig und zentral im Ort. Bäckerei und ein kleiner Laden sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die beiden Restaurants ebenfalls und vom Essen her zu empfehlen. Ansonsten sind im Nachbarort Medulin größere Geschäfte wie Konzum etc. und natürlich viele Restaurants. Die Kommunikation und die Übergabe mit der Betreuung vor Ort waren unkompliziert und vor allem sehr nett. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Das Kap Kemanjak ist nicht weit weg und unser absoluter Favorit.
