FeWo wie in der Anzeige. Kein Touristen HotSpot, daher sind die Wege manchmal etwas länger. Da wir Istrien und die Kvarner Bucht gut kennen, wurde aber genau das von uns gesucht. Tolle Wohnung, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut gelegen. Für uns war alles super.Vielen Dank, wenn es uns wieder in die Ecke zieht sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in ruhiger dörflicher Umgebung

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in Brovinje verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt mit den beiden Terrassen und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging schnell und war unkompliziert.Supermärkte und Tankstellen sind nicht in der Nähe, ca 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit entfernt.Perfekt für alle die einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus in super Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung im Inserat und der wirkliche Zustand stimmen 100 % überein. Der Gastgeber hat viele Tipps bezüglich Strand, Restaurants und Ausflugsziele in seinen Basisinformationen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ideal für 2 Personen mit Hund.

Quiet and uncomplicated

Our holiday here was beautiful! It's a prime location for self-sufficient people. If you're considering renting this location, you can rely on good communication with the owner. The online description was accurate. The large refridgerator was great. The kitchen was well-equpped with almost everything we wanted. The grill in the back was clean. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a nice luxury. Be aware that the cleaning crew may arrive promptly at 10 am on your departure day. We would definitely rent here again!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. In der Beschreibung vom Anbieter war alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Die naheliegende Strände sind sehr sehr schön!!!

Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist man genau richtig hier.

Gute und sehr schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Seine Tipps über gute Strände und Restaurants waren Klasse. Das Haus war genauso wie es beschrieben wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit zwei Terrassen und zweckmässiger Einrichtung

Das Feienhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Berg etwa 2km vom Meer. Man kann hier sich hier abseits des Rummels sehr gut erholen und trotzdem viel unternehmen. Wir hatten weder Hundegebell noch hatten wir viele Katzen. Vielleicht lags an unserem Hund. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Mit dem Garten hinten raus hat man zusätzlich ein wunderschönes Plätzchen, an dem man völlig ungestört ist. Der kleine Laden im Nachbarort bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wohlfühlen ab vom touristischen Trubel!

Wir haben uns beim Betreten des Hauses sofort Wohlgefühl. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und der Garten ist einfach nur herrlich. Auch der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster hat an jedem sonnigen Morgen immer wieder Urlaubsgefühle aufs Neue geweckt: Blick runter aufs Meer. Auch die Kleine Bucht und die Strände sind schön. Die Bucht hatten wir häufig ganz für uns alleine. Ein Auto benötigt man allerdings schon, da der nächste Supermarkt (20min Fahrzeit) und Restaurants nicht in Fußreichweite sind. Unten am Wasser (2km entfernt) gibt es aber einen kleinen Shop und einen Imbiss. Dies ist der einzige Nachteil. Die traumhaft schöne Natur drum herum entschädigt allerdings hierfür. Wer Zeit zum Entspannen sucht ist hier absolut richtig! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Zeit zum Ausspannen und Auftanken

Wir (Eltern, 2 Teenies, 2 Hunde) waren hier 2 Wochen im Familienurlaub und können uns den vorherigen Berichten einfach nur anschließen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, leicht zu finden und sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Die Betten waren bereits frisch bezogen und wirklich ausreichend Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Auch die vorher von Ivan übersandten Infos zum Haus und zur Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich, die Kommunikation selbst war tadellos und einfach! Wie bereits erwähnt: ohne Auto geht nix, dafür ist der Strand mit Auto wirklich fix zu erreichen, wir haben immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr ruhig und ursprünglich (von Massentourismus keine Spur!) , die Menschen vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ja, es sind einige Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber die haben uns nicht gestört, hatten schließlich selber unsere dabei :-), auch wurden wir nicht von Katzen belagert (lag wohl auch an unseren Wuffis :-)). Wenn es mehr Trubel zwischendurch sein darf, sind Labin und Rabac ja nicht weit. Auch Pula soll sehr sehenswert sein (nach 1 Stunde Parkplatzsuche haben wir selber aufgegeben die Stadt zu erkunden). Abschließend wäre zu sagen: sucht man einen ruhigen Ort zum Abschalten, ist man hier genau richtig, für unsere Zwecke eine ideale Unterkunft.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Günstig und ordentliches Haus, guter Durchschnitt. Die Lage ist aber zu abgelegen und ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Der nächste schöne Badestrand ist in Ravnj, ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Labin ca. 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit...

Chillige Woche

Wie schon von anderen Gästen beschrieben liegt das kleine Reihenhaus in einem sehr ruhigen Dörfchen und bietet die totale Entspannung mit sehr viel Natur in direkter Umgebung. Dennoch sind Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe aber ohne Auto geht nix. Leider war das Wetter sehr schlecht und damit waren die Aussenbereiche des Hauses nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, sprich die Küchenterrasse garnicht da die Persenning nicht wasserfest ist. Die rückwärtige Terrasse mit Lounge und Grill schon eher weil die Markise dicht ist. Aktuell waren Restaurants nur teilweise geöffnet und wenn dann nur im Außenbereich. Viele sind gut überdacht aber eben dennoch kalt. Im Haus könnte man für 2 Personen aber auch sehr gut selber kochen, nur die Küche war nicht beheizbar daher haben wir dann im kleinen gemütlichen Wohnzimmer gegessen. Das Haus kann ich nur empfehlen, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Corona- Testmöglichkeiten in Labin waren mit Voranmeldung unkompliziert möglich ca. 20 €. Bei der Rückreise nach Deutschland wollte das aber keiner sehen. Übrigens Grenzkontrollen an allen Stationen aber ging alles ohne große Verzögerungen.

Schön abgelegen aber mit vielen Hunden

Sehr schön abgelegen in einem Dorf, ideal wenn man Ruhe sucht. Leider sind im Dorf sehr viele Hunde und die beginnen den Tag jedesmal mit gegenseitigem Revierbellen. Am schlimmsten sind da die ganz kleinen Kläffer. Nicht falsch verstehen, ich mag Hunde aber müssen die die ganze Zeit bellen ohne das jemand was sagt?

Einsam und Entspannend

Wer die vollendete Entspannung sucht, ist in diesem Haus an der richtigen Adresse. Das Dorf Brovinje liegt sehr einsam und ca. 15 Kilometer von Labin entfernt. Dort gibt es tolle Einkehrmöglichkeiten und auch die Altstadt ist einen Besuch wert. Vom Haus aus kann man mehrere Wanderungen unternehmen die entweder ausgeschildert sind oder aber man einfach losgeht und sich seine Wege selber sucht. Das Meer ist in Sichtweite und zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten (Auto 3 Minuten) zu erreichen. Hier gibt es schöne einsame Stellen an denen man sich treiben lassen kann. Um sich mit Lebensmitteln zu versorgen muss man nach Labin, da es in der Nähe nur einen kleinen Minimarket gibt, der aber nur die wichtigsten Artikel führt. Zum Essen kann man wie gesagt nach Labin fahren, oder aber nach Trgt zum Hafen fahren, wo es 2 wundervolle Restaurants gibt. Am Abend bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Erlebnis.

Erholsamer Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe

Einfach Urlaub

-Kommunikation lief super. -Ausstattung ok. -Schlagzimmer klimatisiert Top -Lage ok (ohne Auto geht nichts) -Strände traumhaft, aber vom Haus aus nicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, den wir wirklich genossen haben.

Belle petite maison sans vue.

Cette jolie petite maison de village est très agréable. Le confort est au rendez-vous, pourvue de deux terrasses, une pour le petit déjeuner le matin et une pour le BBQ du soir au frais. Climatisation dans les chambres, bref cette petite maison est romantique mais dépourvu de la vue sur la mer et c'est regrettable.
