Charming family villa, located on the golf course and 5 minutes from the beach

Coming in and feel at home. The approximately 140 sqm holiday villa is located on the 15th Fairway of the Royal Golf Course and offers accommodation for 4-5 persons. From the entrance hall you enter the spacious living-dining area with fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The dining table seats six people, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The covered terrace with another dining table and the private pool area connect to the living room. Here you can find sun loungers to relax. The area is hidden from view by a small wall and hedges. The cozy barbecue evening is assured thanks to the built-in outdoor grill. A mobile air conditioner if necessary, ensures pleasant temperatures. Benefits from special conditions on the Resort Welcome Card available.

Fantastic Villa!

We had a fantastic time staying in this villa in July 2023. It’s a great size for a family of 4, it had everything we needed and the kids absolutely loved the pool and outdoor space. We would stay here again in the future.

Would like to recommend but.....

Well furnished, equipped and situated villa in Val do Lobo. No complaints. But the plunge pool! Not so much an inviting pool, more a muddy pond. Totally unusable for the duration of our stay. Owners provided Welcome Card for one week's use of pool at Tennis Centre, but no compensation for other lost days.

For the very first time we had a technical problem with the pool, which was immediately fixed during the guest's stay. The use of the pool was never harmful to health, only the water was unclear. Nevertheless we apologized for that and provided the welcome card for three guests for one week which included - beside use of the pool in the tennis centre - several other benefits like free use of the circuit bus, discount for SPA, fitness center, green fee etc. After five days, the water of the pool was clear again. Therefore, there was no need for further compensation.

A casa está muito bem-apresentada, boa decoração e confortável. Peca apenas pela ausência de Micro-Ondas, mas de resto está muito bem. Não havia decoração com “restos de moveis” como muitas vezes acontece nas casas de férias. A localização é perfeita; longe suficiente do rebuliço da Praça, mas apenas a 5 min. a pé da praia. Tivemos alguns problemas com a limpeza da piscina, mas que teve muita atenção por parte da gestora da propriedade.

Wonderful Villa in Great Location

I have been visiting Vale do Lobo on holiday for 10 years staying in various apartments and villas and this is the best property I have stayed in. The villa has everything you need, two spacious bedrooms both benefiting from new air-conditioning units, large living room /dining room area and a wonderful private rear terrace with small swimming pool which was much appreciated as the weather was 30 degrees everyday. The owners were very easy to deal with and responded to any queries promptly and the agent in Portugal very efficient in dealing with any small issues. I thoroughly recommend staying in this property.

Unfortunately a bit dirty

The Villa is located in a great location, unfortunately the Villa wasn’t particularly clean. The bed sheets were damp as the heating hadn’t been turned on more that a few hours in advance (needs 24hrs, we stayed over Christmas) and the heating was very noisy. Generally it’s a very dated Villa and rather cluttered, so the dining table is unusable, the kitchen was cramped due to a table being in middle of it. Sorry to be negative but it was not as good as others we have stayed in

Wonderful Holiday House

The description doesn’t pay justice of the real quality of the holiday house and it‘s location: it is fantastic! The agency photos don‘t reflect the effective size of the house, which is much bigger. Perfectly equipped with everything somebody would wish for during a holiday. The resort is stunning and offers lots of possibilities. We had a fantastic holiday and we are planning to be back!

Overall a lovely place to stay

On arrival we were greeted by Mrs Wollff who was so accommodating and friendly. She highlighted everything we needed to know about the property and also came once during the week to maintain the pool. The accommodation itself was lovely. All that we could have wished for was there for us with the only exception being the air-conditioning. Although the property is advertised as having air conditioning (and it does) the air conditioning is in the form of a mobile unit that needs to be moved from 1 room to another in order to cool a room. Concern that our children would not be able to sleep in the heat meant we kept this unit in their room however we had to turn it off after they had gone to sleep as the unit requires having an open window which we were not comfortable with. It's a lesson learned for us though as we would check the type of air conditioning on offer for any future bookings. With that one exception the whole experience was great. Once again on our departure Mrs Wollff came (at 6:30 am) to collect the keys from us which was so good of her given the time. I would recommend this property to a friend - but only if they were not going in high summer - perhaps May or September would be better once the weather is a little cooler. In addition I would like to thank Clarissa for her help prior to us arriving. Very helpful and clear on what was required to secure the property. Many Thanks, Helen Hegarty

Spacious, well located, charming villa

A wonderfully spacious villa, very well equipped. A lovely small pool and grassy area beyond it. Well located, a 10 minute walk from the praca and also a 10 minute walk from the tennis courts. Perfect for a family of four.
