The bus stop is 50 metres away and will take you to Old Lyon, Place Bellecourt, the Part-Dieu shopping centre, the train station, and more in less than 20 minutes.

This is our primary residence.
A charming, single-story, fully air-conditioned villa with a private pool on a wooded lot of approximately 1,000 m², featuring:

1 living room open to a fully equipped kitchen of approximately 45 m²
3 bedrooms, including 1 with a 160-bed; another with a 140-bed, and a third with a 120-bed plus a full 140-bed sofa bed in the living room (not a fold-out sofa).
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks
2 toilets, 1 laundry room

Outside:
1 private 8x4 pool with safety cover, terrace with bioclimatic pergola, gas plancha, hammock, children’s zip line, basketball hoop, Stackline... 6 lounge chairs.
2 parking spaces on the gated property

Inside:

Large-screen TV, Netflix, Prime, DVD, Xbox 360. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, iron, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, American-style fridge with freezer & ice maker...

Aside from our personal belongings left on-site, you’ll have access to all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay.

Rate: €2,450/week.
Minimum rental of 6 days.

Important:
Our two cats will be on the premises. They come and go as they please through the cat flap. We simply ask that you make sure to refill the bowl with fresh water and the dry food dispenser as needed.
No pets allowed—no dogs.
Please confirm in your request that you have read and agreed to this important point for us.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM or later, as keys are provided via a lockbox.
If you’d like to drop off your luggage before 4:00 PM while we’re cleaning, that’s possible!

We’ll be welcoming you into our home, so you’ll understand that we’d like to get to know you a little better. When you make your request, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know who will be staying with us during your visit :-) and tell us a little bit about yourselves 😀.
For final confirmation, we require a photo of an ID, email address, and phone number from the guest making the reservation within 24 hours of booking. Before your arrival, we’ll ask you to send us a holiday extension certificate from your insurance provider (free of charge to you) to ensure you’re covered during your stay. A security deposit of €4,000 is required.
