Perfect base for our weekend trip to Sacramento

The property was clean, fully stocked and comfortable for our weekend trip to Sacramento. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The location was very convenient to get to downtown and to our family’s home in River Park. We would stay here again if we are back in Sacramento.

Close to UC Davis Hospital

The house is exactly what we needed. My wife is a patient at UC Davis Hospital and the house is one block away so we walk to and from a few times a day. The house is very well kept, coordination has been very easy.

Fun With Family

Having family meals here was a pleasure. Celebrated Christmas thru New Year’s Day. Daughter in law, son and two girls live one street over and had stayed at this property while their home was being painted ; they are the reason the property was chosen. Excellent kitchen! Lack of washcloths, bathroom tissue etc was quickly taken care of when our family contacted Wona, our agent. .

Perfect house in a lovely neighborhood, close to everything!

This spacious house had everything we needed including a large beautiful kitchen, 2 baths, washer and dryer, and spacious bedrooms. We throughly enjoyed the cozy feel of the home, the back yard and even the board games which were provided. The owner was super responsive and helpful with any questions and allowed us to check in earlier. We will definitely rent again!

Well Maintained Great Neighborhood

Well maintained house great neighborhood. Couple of minor issues like needed a house notebook or manual to know how to work appliances and how to check out. No curtains in kitchen and could see thru main curtain into house at night with lights on causing privacy issues. Smell of neighbors smoking marijuana in their back yard and smell drifting occasionally not owners issue. Cool house great price would come back to same property again.
